Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haddam

I’ve eaten from this specific Dunkin’ on certain days and it’s really a hit or miss. The first time I went to this one was the day of CT GamerCon with my girlfriend. I had an energy punch and one thing that I kinda didn’t notice but my girl did was that these kids working in there MIXED my drink with a DIRTY SPOON, which is pretty unsanitary.

What we also noticed was that some Dunkin’s don’t fully cook their bacon all the way, which is part of the reason my girl doesn’t get their bacon anymore and doesn’t like it as much as she used to. I forgot if these guys cook their bacon all the way so someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I know the one on South Main Street in Middletown does (the one we usually go to)

Another thing is that we mostly do DoorDash, so when we get our orders sent to this location, it’s like I said “hit or miss.” They’ve messed up our orders a couple times with improper toasting, not giving straws for our drinks, and giving incorrect donuts (understandable if they’re out of a specific one however).

Luckily they didn’t mess it up this time so the best I can do is give this place a 3/5. Just don’t get your drink mixed with a dirty spoon, cause that still threw me off even when...

I wanted to update my review.

I stopped at this location at least once a week on a consistent basis and have been very happy with the service and the items received.

I was never sure of their food items, aside from a donut here and there. Being a member has its perks, today I tried one of my free items and it was the bacon, tomato, avocado on sourdough sandwich. Where I would have liked it toasted more, the sandwich was really good.

I like to take pictures after I try it, just so I can give the full review on the item versus just a picture.

The tomatoes are fresh, there is a nice amount of mashed avocado and quite a bit of bacon. (I would love if it was fried to order, but it is microwaved) No need to salt, maybe just a bit of black pepper.

Came in at 630pm saturday night to order a coffee and bacon egg and cheese.. Was told the ovens were shut down because they hadnt had a custmer in over an hour .. I asked what time you closed he told me lobby closes at 9pm .. So i asked so when u got a customer They cant order food? He said yupp cuz it takes a long tine to clean everything up .yea wow... Im a regular customer i must come to this location 3 times a day ...so i ordered a coffee with a turbo shot and guess what he didnt put the turbo shot in ... Guess they must of shut expresso machine down too ...this place has gone down hill in last 6 months..i came in thursday at 9am and was told the colatta machine was down so ok so i ordered a. Blue berry muffin.. They have no blueberry muffins ok so another kind .. Was told all they had was bran muffins ..um seriously? At 9am on a weekday morning no muffins? Yea time to switch...
