Subway — Restaurant in Hagerstown

First time in this Subway. Purchased 4 foot long's , chips , and a drink. Got them to go and didn't try to eat till we got home or would have brought back for new ones. The bread was old, dry, and hard. No one ate more than a few bites. One sub was a meatball and it was old too. The sauce was thickened and had a burnt taste, the meatballs Tasted funny and looked discolored in the middle. The lettuce for the other subs was not fresh and had a lot brown pieces. Asked them to use the other lettuce but once the cover was removed it was not much better. 1 star for new building and...

I wasn’t able to immediately eat my sandwich. I ate it 70 minutes later and I was so happy because it was an online order made exactly how I ordered it an to my pleasant surprise my sandwich is amazing. No thing soggy, nice and neat. Full of all the vegetables I asked for. Staff needs retrained on food handling and safety. One employee blows(with his mouth) into his gloves to get them on, wipes hands on pants(didn't change gloves), picked food up off the floor (didn't change gloves). Other employee was touching intercom for drive thru and cash register and then making food without changing gloves. Employees bracelets were rubbing all over the food while making. Vegetables were old and soggy. Way way to much unsafe food practices. This place needs major changes with its employees before...
