The Dairy — Restaurant in Hagerstown

My family of 6 went for dinner today after a school awards assembly. 4 of us ordered and received our meal in about 20 minutes. However , my husband and my order, which was just a grilled tenderloin wrap and coleslaw and mushroom, didn’t come for about another 20 minutes or longer. The other 4 was completely finished eating way before my husband and I received our dinner. Then when it finally came they did not have my mushrooms. I told the woman and she tried to turn it all around as though it was my fault. She said “ I didn’t hear you order it” I said “ well i did and I paid for it too!” She said” you paid for it? “ I said “ yes I did”. Such an insult. I would never try to “ steal” food by saying I did if I hadn’t. When she finally brought out the mushrooms she was rude in handing them to me. Food was good but service was lousy!!! The girl at the register, however, was very kind and sweet. I was also told the reason my food was delayed was due to so many other orders that came in thru the drive thru. Poor...

I only get a 30 minute lunch.

This place is 15 minutes away from work. So the plan was to drive there (phoned in an order half an hour ahead), pick up, and eat on my way back to work.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, large fries, and a peanut butter shake.

If this is what passes for large fries for $4.69, I think this is my last trip here.

If I wasn’t in a hurry to get back to work on time, I would have turned around.

Ordered a large peanutbutter sundae with extra peanubutter. The person behind me got a small, theirs was bigger than mine. If I got extra peanutbutter I would hate to see how little normal amount would be. I also did t get my peanuts or cherry. This is the second time I've been here and both times not acceptable.
