If I could go below one star, I would. Went in around 4pm didn't get food until 5:15pm and all three of our burgers were burnt, not only was the patty extremely over cooked but it was charred black, along with burnt buns, burnt bacon, burnt grilled onions. Fries were left in the fryer far to long and they were pretty much just chips. On top of all that they were just premade frozen patties along with kaft singles cheese slices and they change 15$ for that cheep product. Didn't have to waiter take it back we just ate what was simi edible, because we were hungry and had some where to be at 6pm and didn't want to wait another hour for a burger but couldn't ever finish it. Because we ate it we had no problem paying but told the waiter that those types of food shouldn't even leave the kitchen and the chef needs to see but all we got was a shrugged shoulders and an "O well."    Read moreStopped here for lunch on our way between Joseph and Baker City, during our 2015 Road Trip through Washington and Oregon. Coming from Ireland we were always looking to experience everyday America and we ate in lots of diners, in many small places, where the number of local people suggested the food would be good and dependable. This method never failed! Wild Bill's seemed to us to be a typical small diner/restaurant : well-worn from regular use and with plenty of local people eating there. We enjoyed our salads (esp good potato salad!) and sandwiches, and watching life go on, and would recommend this as a place for easy-going travellers to stop, rest and enjoy.

   Read moreI'd give it a zero if I could... what kind of an owner yells at you for putting wood on a fire outside and then cuts you off... if you don't want your fire to burn then don't start it cause 1 piece of wood doesn't keep your customers warn when it's 20° out.... put a sign up if you don't want people to add wood to the fire or at least let them order beer to pay for...
