I was in there a little over a week ago with my mother trying to enjoy our time there. And I'm sad to say we will not be returning. There was a regular loud obnoxious young man in there who made it known he sells cars at the local dealer down the road who was bragging about how he lives at the bar and owns it and who was extremely drunk. He is in there every time we come in. I over heard him say he had been there all day long. He was by far over sereved. He even went on about how they never cut him off. a customer of yours laughed and said not even when he falls a sleep at the bar. That is bad for your bussiness. From the look of him he should have been cut off hours before we had got in there. And from the sound of it he should have a limit to how many drinks he can have before he ends up leaving the bar and hurting someone else. Just because he seemed to be a good tipper (flashing his money around to the girl behind the bar) is not a reason for your employers to keep feeding him beer when he clearly is trashed. I hope you take action on this matter before it ends up bitting you in the butt. And potentially injuring a innocent person on the road! My mother and I would like to come back and actually enjoy ourselves without a loud mouth drunk slurring words could barley keep his eyes open kid. Who has to be the center of attention. We can't even talk without him talking over us or anyone else in the bar for that matter. Your establishment is not a club for little loud mouth boys. It's usually a mellow crowd to why we enjoy going there other than that one bad apple. People sitting near us had told us that he has been a problem there for many years. He kept trying to get the bartender to give him a shot and apparently he's not allowed to have any. So the nice couple next to us had told us. And was saying a girl named Jamie gives him Guinness beer bombs when she is working all the time. Just thinking you need to have a house meeting and take care of this kid as well. So you don't lose more business due to the people you have in your bar. He might just be making people not wanna come there other...
Read more1-1-22 HORRIBLE experience and no it wasn't that the place was overcrowded that ruined our night it was the ATTITUDE of a dining room employee. I've eaten on the bar side with many others never had an experience like this.Today on the first day on the new year the. wife and I had a terrible experience at maloneys on the dining side. We bought 2 mixed drinks a pub steak and a king prime rib. In between the long wait we ordered a side of fries. Now comes the entree and they look great. Cut into the prime rib and its cold. Not warm but cool to the touch. I immediately notified the server who was apologetic and offered to return to kitchen and heat. I politely told her ill take it home and reheat it we just wanna go at this point been here long enough and patient enough. While paying the bill I'm advised by the server I can talk to the older woman now rather than wait for the owner tomorrow. This relative of the owner gets loud and really embarrassed us in front of the other diners. All because I said the food needs to be monitored more closely. This was an absolutely horrible experience and we have been coming here since relocating to the immediate area. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere. I may or may not reach out to the owner directly to discuss but after how his relative acted and yelled at us that "they're (maloneys) is busy and the only place open that they're trying their best I should have done this or that" I have my concerns about being spoken to this way again. I'll attach a picture of the meat as I still have the entire thing at my home now where it needs to be heated properly before serving. On a positive note all my experiences on the bar side and dining room before this...
Read moreThis is now my husband's and I third really BAD experience with the cook at night. My husband and I had the Prime rib, he ordered his rare, mine medium, my prime rib was a med well but still good. As for my husband's, it came out well done, no red or even pink so we ( our family) convinced him to send it back, so he did. He only to two small bites out of it. The waitress said that there wasn't any more rare prime rib so he ordered a Delmonico rare. Well he got a complete raw steak with grill marks. NO GOOD!!? A REAL COOK WOULD HAVE TOLD THE WAITRESS THAT THEY WERE OUT OF RARE PRIME RIB FROM THE START!!! This would have changed the whole experience, my husband would have been just fine with the TRUTH and ordered the Delmonico and then Maybe the Cook wouldn't have a revengeful attitude and save the waitress from running back and forth because of his arrogance. The waitress did an amazing job like she always does. And received a nice tip because I was in the food and beverage business for around 30 years and I know it was not her fault. Like I said this is the third time we have dealt with that kind of treatment from the cook, last time we were there we got raw lobster and overcooked steak. We will...
