Asian kitchen hongthong — Restaurant in Haltom City

I got a sample of HongThong Kitchen's Ground Roasted Chili Peppers from my mom. It's so spicy that I barely need much in my cooking. I wanted more, but there's no way I can go back to Texas during this quarantine to get some since I live out in the boondocks of Colorado. So I decided to send an email just to enquire if they would be so kind to ship me some. They didn't have an online store, so I wasn't expecting much. But I am completely blown away by the customer service at HongThong! Not only did they respond to me promptly, they worked with me to find a way to get all the sauces to me since mail service where I live is a bit tricky. I love to support small businesses with excellent customer care, so I decided to get some sauces for my cousin as well for her birthday. I asked them if they could write a little note in her package, and they went above and beyond. (Spoiler: she loved her sauces and note.) Not only that, they misquoted me for shipping prices and ended up paying the differences themselves, even when I insisted to pay. My husband and I have been coming here for years... this is truly authentic food. So if your issue is " too salty " or " too spicy " then maybe try expanding your pallet before going full force.. these flavors are strong and delicious, and robust. Came upon Hongthong Kitchen Asia while getting my car serviced across the street at Goody’s tire & car. This hidden gem serves authentic Thai and this place is amazing!
