Five Star Donuts — Restaurant in Haltom City

I love this donut shop. The couple that work here are truly friendly and kind, often tossing in some donut holes to brighten your day. This is a great place to pick up a few treats or many boxes to bring to the office. I highly recommend this donut shop and urge everyone to shop local small businesses instead of big chains. The only downside to this area is the shady nature of some of the businesses across the street. We need more places like 5 Star Donuts in our neighborhoods! I “wanted” to give 5 stars to The Five Star Donuts for tasty donuts and sausage but staff was so rude and very weird in tone. I understood she wanna serve us quick and move the line fast but my 5 year daughter had to choose best of her interest. I did my best to be the good example to my kid.

Hope something will change there soon in the cashier desk. #Respect #Kindness...

The lady has been rude to my son twice now & both times when I give her the same energy she changes her tone. Weird to me that they would be rude to customers coming to shop but we will just go to another shop moving forward.
