10/10 Spot. I think this place is about to take over the DFW food scene/ramen scene like crazy! This is legitimately the best ramen spot ever. I struggle with going to ramen places due to limit broth options which is within my consumption boundary by which I mean it’s always pork broth everywhere, but this place focuses on CHICKEN šŸ” Interior 10/10 Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Bathrooms 10/10 Pricing 10/10 Broth option, which is all chicken and I really really appreciate as someone who avoids pork, 10/10 Everything is so flavorrrrful Great drink options like the classic calpicos and ramune and more and a cute little mini fridge to grab ice creams as well! We got the •Spicy Karage- 9/10, i just like my karage the classic dry way but this was a great switch up! very sauce very flavorful very good spicy •Tori Layu - 10/10; I got spice level 3 which is the maximum and i got it with an extra egg. OOOOOO WEEEE THE HABANERO WAS HITTTIN šŸŒ¶ļø šŸ”„ it was perfect! šŸ˜ We got some more food to go as well cause it’s so good. I think this has to be the best ramen spot in the entirety of DFW rn. Wishing all the best of best luck to the owners. I hope they can upkeep the quality forever. ā™¾ļø Much love šŸ’•

My husband and I stumbled upon Yoichi as I was craving a warm bowl of soup recovering from a cold and my husband loves ramen. What a great decision on our ends because Yoichi will now be in our regular restaurant rotation. The food is delicious and the husband wife duo running the place are so kind, welcoming, and genuine. The tvs in the space were playing PokĆ©mon and one piece which was perfect given my husband is an avid one piece fan, and I love PokĆ©mon. We ordered the spicy karaage and spicy miso. Both were DELICIOUS. The karaage was perfectly seasoned and crisp, the ramen a warm hug at the end of a long week. Our orders were slightly delayed as the staff were juggling different things at once (we didn’t mind, understanding they are a small business and are proactively hiring according to the sign up front) and they gave us gyoza on the house, unprompted, as an apology for the delay. I cannot remember the last time a restaurant made a genuine attempt to apologize for a delay besides a verbal ā€œsorryā€. Truly outstanding customer service and food. We will be back!!!

I’ve been here before and my first time I had an amazing experience and delicious chashu don, bowl filled to the top with rice and the pork belly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he’s incredibly friendly and helpful, great service when he’s here. But I went again today for my second time in the same week and it was terrible. Server at the cashier was standoffish and rude, and when I got my bowl (exact same order I got my first time), the pork belly was burnt black - it tasted like burnt charcoal, I had to pick out the three edible piece of pork and spit out the burnt pieces. And the amount of rice even less than the amount of pork, much less than last time. The whole amount of food only filled up half the bowl. Disappointing because I’m not a picky eater and love food; I had really enjoyed it the first time and paid for a bowl I couldn’t even eat half of this time.

Ive been waiting for this place to open to give it a try since it's very very close to my house, and plus I am not a huge fan of ramen due to the noodles that I am so picky at eating, anyways I've given this place a try with my fiance, the place is small with cute designs, the lady was kind and friendly, and menu and pricing is good enough, not too expensive unlike other places I've been too. I've ordered the miso ramen, my fiance got the spicy chicken don, and also the appetizer of spicy karaage,

-Spicy karaage: crunchy, juicy and not too spicy(they should make a non-sauce version of spicy karaage) -Miso Ramen: Broth, light and perfect to my liking, the noodles were the thing that was my favourite because I like the semi straight noodles more than the wavy kind, toppings are what exactly I like the most and also the pork belly is good, but needs alittle bit improve on their tenderness cause it was kinda hard to bite off the piece 4.5/5. -Spicy Thick Don: juicy and tender chicken thigh with the sauce is a good combo, slightly spicy and very saucy, I think the rice and chicken ratio is good. He liked it. Overall, i like it and would come back again, I hope they add more into the menu and keep being affordable cause ramen shouldn't be expensive in this...
