I went through the drive through Thursday afternoon (1/13/22 at approximately 2:00 pm) and there were numerous concerns with my visit. First, the parking lot was absolutely horrendous, there appeared to have been snow/slush that was just left since the last snowfall and drove over repeatedly causing a slick and rutted mess. I didn't have an issue with it personally, but if anyone with mobility issues was trying to enter the building I would be concerned for them. Second, when I pulled up to the window there window, there was a middle aged man with grey hair working the drive through that didn't acknowledge me or even look at me, instead he just held out his hand for the money and didn't even look at me while looking away from me continuing to rudely address one of his employees asking them "why should I cover for you, you already had your break?!". Super unprofessional....I gave him my coins first and he took them, still not even looking at me, and then eventually came back for my bills, again, never looking at me once and closed the window and walked away. He was wearing rubber gloves (I'm assuming for cash handling) the whole time them went over and started looking through all of the food and touching everything (still wearing his money handling gloves) and never came back to the window. Eventually a nice younger lady came to the window and gave me my food and thanked me for coming. I'm not sure who that egotistical grey haired guy was, but he should be ashamed of himself for his lack of customer service and for talking down to the employee in the building. I understand I don't know the "whole story" of the employee interaction, but even so, it could've been handled much more professionally. Kudos to the friendly lady who finished my transaction!! Keep up the great work! I gave 2 stars because the food was tasty despite the...
Read moreI want to think the people at Burger King I was in Wednesday July 26th at 10:10 p.m. I ordered the Whopper Junior meal no pickles. I get on the road on my way home I bite into my sandwich good thing I tasted it before I chewed it cuz I'm allergic to pickles deathly allergic to pickles. I ended up having to pull over so I can throw up because I got some. So I want to thank you guys for almost putting me in the hospital and possibly could have killed me because you couldn't follow your order of no pickles like I asked like it was on the screen and like you read back to me. So I want to thank you for almost putting me in the hospital. And thank you cuz I had to throw that meal away because after throwing up I didn't have an appetite. I don't know what it is with that Burger King lately but the service is piss poor and now they almost kill me. Let's just say I will never be going back to their again. And what the hell they made me pull around to the front door and there was nobody behind me what the hell is that all about? I couldn't just sit there for the next 2 minutes and get my food know you had to shove me around to the front either way it doesn't matter you almost freaking killed me by putting pickles on my burger after I requested no pickles and you said no pickles back so I know I gave you the right order what a waste can't believe that people can't do their jobs they shouldn't have their jobs easy job like that anybody should be able to do that job that has a half a brain but I guess they were just too busy horsing around in there to actually care about what a customer's needs might be and that something that they asked not to have on their burger might actually be a reason not to...
Read moreIf I could give this zero stars I would. In reading all of the reviews, I realize the manager here is extremely problematic. This past week I experienced the unsolicited wrath of this untrained, people-skills lacking, hateful manager. Trying to pick up an online order i paid for and came to pick up, was told that they already threw it away because it was a few minutes after they stopped serving breakfast. When I kindly asked her how to get my money back, she told me it wasn't her problem that I'd have to figure it out on the app. After telling her we would just have to order something else, then turning to my daughter to ask her what she wanted, out of nowhere this lady yells out "Just because you're mad you didn't get your breakfast doesn't mean you can give me attitude!" I told her I was literally just asking my daughter what she wanted and she was interrupting me. The long and the short of it is we ended up leaving and not ordering anything and the manager called me the B word! Burger King needs to deal with this woman who does NOT belong in the service industry, even if this a franchised location, it reflects on the corporation as a whole. And as one of the very few restaurants in this dying are, I don't think they can afford losing any more business. So...
