Came into Subway today with a coupon. When I walked in I asked about the national promo for discounted fooongs being 6.99. The dude working the front end, Tony, said that he would check. He walked over to the computer and said āyes it looks like itās still going onā. I pull my app and I donāt see it anywhere, when I asked Tony about this he said he couldnāt do anything to help and that no employees had training in how to do promos/ coupons or navigating the app. Theyāre apparently told itās all through the app after I asked him if he could help figure out why I wasnāt seeing the promo. He said all we could do is make the sandwich and ring it up at the end to see if it would work. Well, I was transparent with him and said I would not be paying full price for the sandwich. At that point, he told me that he would not make me the sandwich if i didnāt intend on paying full price for it because itās āwasteā. I proceeded to question why he wouldnāt honor the price if he could see the deal was still going on. He told me that it was my fault i couldnāt see the promo and I should leave the store if i was going to āraise my voiceā to him. I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager (which if it is true, is a joke!), I questioned what kind of manager doesnāt have training on these kinds of things. He said it was up to his regional manager and no supervisors anywhere has had any training on these sorts of thing⦠(must be new?!) Then he told me to leave the store, not to come back and that I should take my business elsewhere. As Iām getting into my car, I call the store and get an employee Sonya (who so graciously spelt her name for me on the phone) and ask for corporate phone number and name of regional manager or contact info. immediately I could hear the other guy Tony in the background telling Sonya to just hang up on me and not to give me any info because he had just had a bad interaction with me in the lobby just minutes prior. Sonya then tells me she canāt give me any info out whatsoever and ends up hanging up on me while I could hear Tony in the background. Shortly after as Iām typing this review Tony walks out with his kids who were sitting in the lobby during this whole interaction more than likely eating free food as he was more concerned with getting off his shift in time and potentially wasting my unordered footlong than putting the customer first.

Ā Ā Ā Read morePicture shows protein bowl with meat cubed however it was not. Nothing was mentioned on the order page of the option to have it whole or cubed. No mayo even though it was ordered. For the price it was not worth it. Had a cold cut combo ordered with cheese and there was no cheese. Looking at the other reviews the regional manager states you can have it cubed in the special instructions. If that is the case then they should state it on the actual order page. How are you supposed to know if it is cubed or not. I know I will not order that protein bowl again. Not worth the price of $12.99. I was better off getting a footlong and just pulling...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday when I was getting off work decided to get dinner at Subway. Came in asked the lady about if they had the meal deal she nodded yes. Called my mom if she wanted Subway. The lady up front was taking bread out of the oven I was being patient and waited. The same lady took her sweet getting the bread out of the oven. Another customer came in and was waiting. Then after 10 minutes I was told to step aside so the next customer could be helped. There were 2 other ladies doing other stuff. Out of the 3 ladies none of them could help me. Honestly I'm never going back again piss poor service and amateur...
