The Legend of Mikey: Mansetti’s Delivery Hero
In the quiet, snow-covered streets of Minnesota, where icy winds cut through the thickest coats and the roads dare even the boldest drivers to venture forth, there is one man who stands undeterred: Mikey, the legendary delivery driver for Mansetti’s Pizza and Pasta.
This isn’t just a story about food; it’s a tale of bravery, determination, and one man’s relentless pursuit of piping-hot perfection. Mikey isn’t just any delivery driver—he’s a hero. Clad in his signature green Ford Ranger, a chariot of culinary conquest, Mikey braves the harshest elements to ensure that your pizza and pasta arrive not only on time but in pristine condition.
On the iciest of nights, when most would cling to the warmth of their homes, Mikey is out there. Snow whipping around him, tires crunching through frost-covered streets, his Ford Ranger cuts through the tundra like an unstoppable force. And oh, what a sight to behold! The Ranger gleams under the dim streetlights, a green beacon of hope for the hungry. But it’s Mikey’s sheer presence—his chiseled good looks and a confidence that says, “I’ve got this”—that truly seals the legend.
When Mikey arrives at your door, it’s not just a delivery; it’s an experience. He steps out of the Ranger, wind swirling around him like an action movie hero. Pizza in one hand, pasta in the other, he strides to your doorstep as if nothing—not snow, nor sleet, nor the biting cold—could stand in his way.
“Here you go,” he says with a warm smile that could melt the iciest of driveways. His voice carries the comfort of a roaring fire on a winter’s night. And when you take that first bite of Mansetti’s perfectly cooked pizza, with cheese stretching gloriously and sauce bursting with flavor, you realize that Mikey has not just delivered food—he’s delivered happiness.
Each delivery is a testament to his dedication. He doesn’t just bring you pizza and pasta; he brings hope, a reminder that even in the harshest winters, there’s a hero out there who cares enough to brave the cold for you.
So, if you ever hear the low growl of a green Ford Ranger pulling up outside, know that your culinary savior has arrived. Mikey, with his charm, courage, and unrivaled delivery skills, is the unsung champion of Mansetti’s Pizza and Pasta. Thank you, Mikey, for feeding not just our stomachs, but our souls.
Next time Mikey rolls up to my house… I’m dropping him...
Read moreTipping culture is just crazy. Years ago this use to be server/customer restaurant.... now it's a glorified fast food restaurant. Look at a digital menu when you walk in order at the counter, 1.99 charge for some cheese on two pieces of bread should have been .50 cents or $1.00 i.m.o.... ohh yea and that digital menu in small print on the very bottom they charge you 3.5% to pay with your CC, Debit card (my company its 1.5-3% per transaction i billed this into my pricing structure) ... This world unfortunately is going cashless, last insult to injury for me is that they expect a TIP and it starts at 20% including the CC fee! For what standing and taking an order. You have to fill your own drink, find your own seat next to empty dirty tables, and when you pick a table in a mostly deserted restaurant the table is sticky so you have to wash off your own area.... IDK this isn't the mansetti's I remember from when it started. Food is fanominal though credit is do where...
Read moreI really got to quit coming here. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because of the convenient location to me. Today I ordered calzones and garlic toast no cheese and like the thin crust pizzas I have ordered in the past the calzones came not cooked enough I mean were talking raw dough. I have to re cook them in my oven I have done the same with their pizzas. And their garlic toast no matter what I tell them, like no cheese please, always comes with cheese on it. I don't go here often because of these issues but when I do I hope (think) that they corrected them.....yeah right, no more.
2-20-21 I just wanted to up date this review and say that I did email the owner and supplied requested info. I did this right after I read his (or her) response to my review. Well, that was almost a week ago and......nothing, I got no...
