**update they have reached out to me about this. They advised me that the workers felt bad even though that wasnât expressed to me and that they are using it as a coaching opportunity to avoid confusions like this in the future. I do appreciate that they reached out to me. I do appreciate that they will coach staff from this experience. I know things happen and Iâm going to give them another chance because this is the first time Iâve encountered something like this with them.
First time Ive had bad cust service here. I ordered a strawberry smoothie same as I have since it opened. Today it was fluffy pink. I advised thatâs not what I want itâs just fruit and ice. She said no this is a smoothie. I said I always get just fruit and ice maybe I ordered it wrong. (I now looked at the menu and see I needed to actually say fruit and ice although somehow have always gotten that with out saying it) she continued to tell me that was a smoothie and even after I said fruit and ice did not advised me she knew the difference or offer to make a fruit and ice one. So I say ok Iâll just take a refund then tells me she canât do that and Iâll have to wait for a call in to the manager. So I leave after paying with no smoothie. Not one time did they apologize.    Read moreMy girlfriend and I tried Scooters for the first time, and though overall, it was really good. We both ordered skinny turtle mocha and an egg and bacon burrito. The stickers were a nice touch on the lod for sure, but initially, we were disappointed that the coffee was so bland, only to discover we needed to give a good stir and there was all the flavor. The burrito I would not recommend at all. It was small, overpriced, tasted very bland, and overall, just not worth it. It even has two drive through lanes but one is always closed since it is never busy while driving byâŚ. Im sure most people have had the same experience as me because sadly, I have been disappointed. I have given them âone more shotâ many times hoping it would be better than the last. Their drinks are average at best and you are paying $6+ for a drink.
