I took my wife and three kids To the store in Chilson Commons in Pinckney. We arrived at about 8:15 PM. There was one person working, a young man who is about 18 (Or so, he looked it) He had medium long blonde hair.
When we walked in my wife said “ Good day” He replied “ If you say so” And had this very angry look on his face. He proceeded to be rude and obnoxious, Slamming the doors on the toaster and refrigerators. He made my wife and children very uncomfortable, and the children seem to be scared. My kids are between three years old and 11 years old. Another customer, a man came in, and observed the behavior And proceeded to say, “what is his problem?”. I said I don’t know, but he’s been very very angry that we even walked in.
No, my wife and I are not prone to arguing or even being confrontational. So we sat there in silence.
He may have been having a bad day and I tend to give people a break, But the behavior scaring my kids, not acceptable.
Ended up ordering because all the other restaurants in the area were closed. But I can tell you, it was a very negative experience.
I don’t want the kid to lose his job, but someone should definitely speak to him. I think he seem to have...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time now where I was helped by the same girl ( red head with lots of random tattoos on her arms.) Every time she messed up my subs then gave me attitude when I corrected her. When I order I don't spew a grocery list of things I want all at once, I keep it simple and only ask for 2 things at a time. Very easy to follow. But she still gives we the wrong meats, puts the cheese on the wrong sub, and forgets the 2 veggies I just listed then rudely asks "is that it?". Then when I get home I have to tear apart and put my sub back together correctly because all the meat it packed into the back of the bread and the veggies are falling out the front. This location isn't a bad subway, just one rotten apple that ruins the...
Read moreArrived at Subway tonight at 743pm. Last minute decision on late dinner. We are a family of 8 needed 6 subs. When I told them we needed 6 subs. One of the two employees looked at his watch and said “6 subs? We close in 15 minutes!” Also told me we had to make a 24 advance order for 6 subs! Never had any issues ordering 6 subs from this same subway for our family. I mentioned to this employee that they are open until 8. He said he had a long day, and didn’t feel like making 6 subs. Didn’t have enough bread (there were approximately 2 dozen footling breads in the cases where they hold the bread)! There was more said, he was extremely rude! We paid for our food and walked out of the door by 7:58pm. Won’t be returning to this...
