the line frequently extends out the door and past the hallway, they spend no effort... This becomes painfully clear when you watch them work, they spend no effort: as if the weight of a cup is unbearable, that their shoes are so heavy they are unable to take a step without stopping for a break, that the act of pouring liquid takes an immense toll on their psyche.... They have a captive customer base, with money and without other options.... I dare you to just watch.... and not bang your head against the wall, to not throw...

I tell everyone I know this is "the most dysfunctional Starbucks". Only one cashier at all times, lines sometimes go far out the door, and having your order messed up is a common occurrence. Definitely use the university's mobile order app if you wanna get an order in a timely manner... or don't- sometimes they mark your order as done and then you have to sit there for 10 minutes after complaining your order isn't there. I swear they can throw 100 workers at this Starbucks and still manage to make people wait 30 minutes to...

Literally worst Starbucks ever. It’s finals week and I understand it’s busy but the line waited 1 hour I was in line for a full hour and left without a drink.
