Latte Soul Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Hamden

I love Latte soul they are a group of amazing people. The other i came in and was having a ruff day and they really did make me feel better. Not only do they care about their lattes but they also care about every one of their customers. They are really a treat to see every time i go there, i cant wait for my delicious latte and sweet kind smiles.

Also for the fall season i tried their pumpkin chai latte super good it tasted like pumpkin pie! I’m stating this for the people that aren’t a fan of pumpkin spice because my bf doesn’t like pumpkin spice and he tried the pumpkin chai latte and was very surprised and said it was delicious.

Personally i haven’t tried any of the item that are year round but my bf loves the honey bun latte. There are a variety of options and something for everyone so if you aren’t sure what you want strike up a conversation with the employee they will help you find something you love. Everything i have tried from their specials I’ve love and their horchata lattes are to die for.

Ive had their energy drinks which i did like but i usually go once a week for a sweet treat so i usually opt for a latte instead.

Loving all the new independent coffee shops that have opened in the area. Latte Soul is the most recent addition. It’s in the plaza with Tonino’s, Fresh Greens and Smoothies. It’s right across from Sleeping Giant and in front of the Farmington Canal greenway There is plenty of parking. :)

The store is small and well lit, beautifully decorated. Right now- it’s decorated for the holidays. There’s plenty of eye candy to ooh and ah over while waiting. :)

The menu is straightforward with all the usual popular items. :) they have decaf espresso! So you can get a decaf latte. :) They have iced and hot drinks. :)

We tried the iced gingerbread latte and the hot caramel latte. They offer you choices of regular and sweeter. We chose regular and it was perfect! The coffee is incredibly flavorful and both our drinks were very, very satisfying.

We will most definitely be going back often.

They were offering free air fresheners. The black ice smells so good! :)

Service was excellent- everyone was polite and kind. And it was also obvious that the other patrons who were in the store were glad to be back.

I had the opportunity to attend the grand-opening of Latte Soul and the atmosphere was amazing. I ordered a 16oz Honey Bun Iced Latte (FIRE) and I complimented it with a fresh Cheese Danish and the combo was delicious. I’m a typical coffee drinker and I have to say that Latte Soul’s coffee and flavor is in its own league of quality and customer service. Do yourself a favor and get you some! I highly recommend getting your fix of caffeine at Latte Soul and enjoying a nice scenic hike at Sleeping Giant National State Park not too far from the location after as it pairs very well. I’ve also had the pleasure of knowing Luigi the owner for well over 10 years now. As the owner of this new coffee shop you have to just respect and admire how much hard work and dedication he has put into his new craft. As a friend of mine as well, Luigi is an inspiration to his peers and I am privileged to know that I am supporting his business.
