Whitney Pizza — Restaurant in Hamden

I called to see if they did coupons the person said yes and what I was looking for. I said pizza, wings, bread, soda . Hooked me up , or so I thought with a pepperoni pizza , 12 honey bbq wings , cheesy garlic bread , and a 2 liter coke. 50$… didnt seem like much of a coupon , but said whatever and paid he said 30 minutes . 45 minutes go by I call and he says 10-15 more minutes , 25 minutes go by they finally arrive . I bring food inside , coldest pizza ive ever ate , the wings had absolutely NO sauce , the only good thing was the cheesy garlic bread and even that was really small enough to feed maybe 2 little kids. Never ordering from here again , i suggest you find another place maybe liberty or pizza heaven or town house pizza , way better prices and way better food. 2/10 and...

I ordered a pizza from here tonight first time ordering from them they get five stars and good reviews well this one's going to be a bad review first time ever ordering from them I ordered delivery about half hour later I got a phone call from the delivery guy hi I'm here out front come get your pizza no I ordered delivery you bring up to my door he said come get I said I'm calling your boss the boss told me to go get he has other deliveries HELL NO DELIVERY MEANS U COME KNOCK ON MY DOOR AND GIVE ME MY FOOD ,I WILL MEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE WHO LOVES POZZA SHOULD ORDER FROM THEM EITHER ZERO...

Last night, the man taking my order repeated it back to me THREE times & he still sent me the wrong order. When I told the delivery driving he put the first man who took my order on the phone and he had NO CLUE why I was upset about… my order was wrong and the carrot cake I ordered was FROZEN and they were mad … speaking in a different language and laughing at me. Even though this is my 7th horrible experience and it’s all my fault— this will be the last time I order from these people. They are inconsiderate and unprofessional. WISH I COULD HAVE POSTED A PICTURE BUT I WAS TOO BUSY TRYING...
