We are regulars, but won’t be returning after what happened this evening. We ordered 2 subs and a loaded cheese fry for pick up (one of the subs was a hamburger sub for a child and I said no cheese or Mayo twice while ordering and confirmed again at the end of my order). We get all the way home in St. Thomas and open her sub to find it has cheese and Mayo on it… no biggie, mistakes happen. But when I called back in to politely explain what happened, the older man who answered (I’m assuming the owner) had quite an attitude when I told him what happened and was like “oh, so you want us to remake it?” Umm yeah buddy that’s what I’m calling? And then he has the audacity to tell me that I have to drive the whole way back in and pick the new up. We live less than 10 mins away and are within their delivery limits. He also demanded that we bring the other one back as if we have to prove their mistake? No apology or anything. And my husband always leaves them a tip on our to go orders! Customer service is lacking and management doesn’t have a clue how to run a restaurant. Owning up, apologizing, and making the situation right goes a long way. We definitely won’t be ordering from here ever again. Also, our total was $30 for just 2 subs and a small cheese fry order… a bit ridiculous if you ask me. For years, I was going to a different pizzeria since the business was inherited by a son-in-law. The quality has changed and the service has changed. I was really happy to find Brothers Pizza Radio Hill normally I purchase a white pizza. However, the past pizzeria really didn’t make it well. Brothers Pizza Radio Hill makes an awesome white veggie pizza Which I buy every month in between. I have tried different dishes like Hawaiian pizza Steak Stromboli so I could get a feel on the quality of the food. Yesterday I picked up a large white veggie pizza. It is delicious. I was gonna call them last night, but it was late to tell them how good it was. The only complaint I could ever have right now is when a customer walks in the door for a pick up. They should not have to wait to pick it up the person taking the phone orders needs to get the balance and it’s not just the woman that does it when I was in yesterday it was a long-term employee doing the same thing Making me wait at the counter when I call on the phone sometimes I’ll be left on hold and then that person will have a long conversation with someone aside from business, but the food is excellent. The new pizza finally arrives and the delivery driver who I had just given a $6 tip and I’m 2 minutes from the restaurant, and starts making sarcastic comments to me.
