Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

This dunkin is the absolute WORST dunkin that I have EVER visited. I asked for a small hot chai tea latte, and they gave me a large one that was ice cold. It wasn’t iced, and it was in a hot cup, but it was cold. Then the lady who made it rudely asked the employees around her what she did wrong and I gave up and drove off. But before that, they also had some sort of board that showed off a free drink deal outside, and when I asked for help on how to activate the offer, they asked to take my phone and try to sort it out. Then the person using my phone admitted that they were both poorly trained and “believe it or not” didn’t know how to use the app. What?! I gave up and paid full price for the large drink that I did not ask for (which was also cold.) If only I could rate the service 0 stars instead of 1.

Oh, and I didn’t forget about sanitation. One of the girls who didn’t know the answer to my question and called over someone else was seen in the bacj scratching the life out of her stomach. NO gloves. The girl making my severely cold and exceedingly large drink also had NO gloves. In a recent Dunkin tweet, they specified that they want their employees to wear gloves. This girl? Said NO. I give up. No more 988...

Sadly a LOT of their workers have attitudes especially if they make something incorrectly. When they get things right I don't much mind going. I like that it has a drive thru, but if there's an issue it can really be a pain.

Here's an example. I ordered a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese and a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Well when I looked at them. Both had a little of the other's cream cheese on it. Which while I like both flavors veggie and strawberry doesn't really go together. I asked to have it remedied and there was a big attitude. Furthermore my son, who the veggie was for has had sensitivities to berries. (Not sure if it's an allergy) but we order this all the time at other Dunkin locations and never had issues with the two cream cheeses mixing. The inside is nice, lots of comfy seating. But if they mess up your order who cares about...

Went at 8:15pm (they don’t close till 9pm), no one at the drive thru. We circled to the front, see one of the employees in her car. She looked like she had just gotten in to leave. She sees us get out of our car to go try the front door, it was locked. She gets out of her car and runs towards the drive through window. Not sure where she went. We circled through the drive thru again with no success. Came back to the front and still no sign of the employee. When we circled through the drive thru the second time we saw two employees standing in the back inside but yet no one came to the drive thru or the front door. Not sure why their hours are listed as they are if they aren’t actually open when they are supposed to be....
