I very seldom write reviews, good or bad, but I felt compelled to write this regarding my experience with Micro-Air.

I finally decided to replace our Coleman thermostat on our 15 year old 2007 Fleetwood Discovery.

After reading reviews on the web, I decided to purchase the Micro-Air replacement thermostat. I went on the web and followed the instructions to match ours with the correct Micro-Air. The unit I received did not match the wiring harness.

I contacted Micro-Air and received a call from Kevin Carlin asking what he could do to help. After researching he said I received the wrong model and the selection process on the web did seem to be a bit confusing. He did locate the correct model I needed. He said he would send a prepaid label to return the wrong unit and send out the correct model all at no charge. What a refreshing experience! No problems, no jumping through hoops. Kevin is to be commended for his excellent customer service!

When I installed the new unit, I had a problem programming it. (My fault) I contacted support and received an email from Roger who led me through updating to new firmware. Problem solved! And the thermostat works perfectly. The remote feature is a real plus.

Great product. Amazing support! I bought the EZ Start Flex for my home AC so I could use a smaller portable generator to run my home. My 4 ton Trane AC was pulling 119 inrush amps on startup, and the unit dropped that to about 23. Pretty amazing results. The unit is so much quieter on startup too!

Shortly after install, unfortunately, there was a failure of a component in the device. Using the bluetooth app I pulled the diagnostic screen and sent the data to Micro Air at 5:45am on a Friday morning. Within 5 minutes I had a text from Matteo, one of the engineers, who identified the issue, called to provide a resolution, and processed a warranty replacement with overnight shipping. Stuff breaks, but how a company handles customer service matters.

Installation is very simple and any DIYer can easily handle the install. And support is available to answer any questions. The new design is very small, making installation iinside the AC electrical access panel possible.

With the EZ Start I can now run my home on a much smaller generator, more than offsetting the cost of the unit. Great product. Great service. Very happy with my decision...

Purchased a EasyStart 364 for my RV air conditioner to allow me to run my 15k Btu AC off a single Honda EU2000i generator in eco mode! Like everyone I was totally skeptical of this product.

The installation was less then a hour. Once I was done I was surprised when I started my AC for the learning starts (4 starts on grid power) that it as so much quieter. I almost thought that I broke my AC, but you can clearly hear the compressor ramp up.

The cost savings is enormous. Previously a weekend dry camping in moderate heat at a moderate elevation my pair of Honda's would use about 15-20 gallons of gas. I have cut that down to less then 8 in identical conditions. If you were looking for a generator solution, you should consider combining a EasyStart and smaller more efficient generator all while saving a ton of money!

Finally Micro-Air's support is top notch. They went above and beyond to help with any questions. You will get excellent help from them and they are active on many of the major RV forums answering questions and concerns. This is a valued product and...
