Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

The franchise in Hamilton was closed 15 minutes prior to 9:30 pm. I had my children in the car and did not want to disappoint so I walk up to the window. When I knocked on the window at 9:15 pm the employees inside were cleaning and talking about me at the window but refused to answer my knocks at the window. This is not only rude to patrons at this location but also bad for your business as they refused money to this franchise. Going forward I will refuse to spend money at a place that allows their employees to run the business away in hopes for getting out of work minutes earlier. These young individuals should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior. As the franchise should be ashamed of their hiring process. I suggest these issues be addressed on all parties accounts. As I sat in front of this franchise typing this the employees came out and one of them looked at me laughing and spit in my direction. The other employees thought this was funny.
