So, edit to my initial review. No, it isn’t to bash the place. It’s to only say we love this place more than ever.
Since my initial review, we have significantly increased our weekly visits….
Over the past couple years, restaurants have experienced significant increases in the cost of doing business. Most restaurants pass those costs onto their customers, not Wildflowers!! Any restaurant that remains loyal to their customers is a restaurant that I will continue to give my business to.
We have come to know pretty much every member of the staff as if we have known them our entire lives. Especially Gabby E!!! What can you say about Gabby, other than she is the best. As soon as she sees us enter the restaurant, our drink of choice is already being poured. When it comes time to order food, she pretty much speaks our order for us, while always offering new and interesting suggestions.
As long as we remain in this area, this will be our restaurant of choice. We love the food, the atmosphere, and all of the staff like family!!
Initial review: We come here every Saturday and love the food and atmosphere!! They make you feel as if you are eating at home with your family. From the owners to the staff, they all treat you as if they have known you their entire...
Read moreIf I could put 0 stars I would. I want to be genuine and honest so ill start with the positive, the staff was great, and it had a good vibe and atmosphere, now the food was absolutely horrible, genuinely the worst food I’ve ever had in my entire life and thats saying something, I had no clue food could be that bad, the chili tasted like it was canned and microwaved, the burger was distinguishably garbage, the bread was stale and reminiscent of a school cafeteria in a poorly funded school, maybe worse, the toppings were nasty, and I don't know where to start with the patty, i still have no idea what I bit into, I feel like the actress from the new predator movie where the alien forced itself into her body through her mouth and grotesquely ripped itself out of her stomach. Thats what i fear might happen to me. the meat was spongy, like it was boiled in hot water and then seared with a blow dryer plugged into a barely functional wall outlet, I honestly blame myself for this experience because this has to be God punishing me for my sins so I might’ve deserved this for something I did. “Eating” here has to be top 3 worst choices Ive never even made and I will never return. But again, the staff was great nothing against them, just the disgusting plates they brought...
Read moreWhile I am usually not one to write reviews, I feel compelled (being a Hamilton native). I dined at Wildflowers last weekend and was taken care of by the asian waitress named Sara (who has waited on my husband and I quite a few times and is our favorite). She is knowledgable, quick, and attentive. My husband always asks what craft beers they have on tap and she is quick to rattle them off before suggesting which one she likes without sounding rehearsed. She is personable without being too intrusive, which we like. We always start with the spicy buffalo wings and gorgonzola dip (both to die for!) and then share a burger. The burgers here are always delicious and you can tell they are not those frozen, pre-formed, disgusting [questionably] beef patties. My only complaint is that the bathrooms could use SERIOUS renovating. As other previous reviews have said, yes there are potholes, but my husband and I are willing to risk them to dine at...
