Let’s get round of applause to our local inconsistent staff for always making ordering online and picking up at store so very quick and easy. Read this comment, in your most sarcastic voice I understand people have to train to get their job and master their job but when you literally have a play-by-play almost every day on how to do your job and all you have to do is read the screen and deposit the product into the customers hand how much easier can it get? Yet this staff here still find a way to make picking up Coffee in the morning for my wife a miserable experience it turns a five minute trip into a 30 minute trip most of which is sitting at the drive-thru window. Let’s get it together people this place has a potential of being a very top-tier Dunkin. And then to be told that you’re wrong when they’re clearly making mistakes and admit to it at the end of the conversation after they’ve made, you feel 3 feet tall. I will be finding out who management is over here and who the owner of this location is it wouldn’t get to this level if this was the only time this happened, but I have waited to write this review after having been going to this location...

Read moreOrdered hot black large coffee with 6 sugars & no cream WITH a little ice, hash browns & a snack wrap. After order was repeated back sans ice, I reminding the attendant about wanting ice. After paying I got my coffee which felt quite hot so I looked at the printed label: without ice listed. I inquired & got the simple reply of sorry. I inquired how they failed to get me the requested ice after specifying it during my order & reconfirming. Only got sorry, will check next time. And there was no offer to add ice & give me some in another cup. AND the hash browns were luke warm. I want to give these folks a chance but 75% of the time they screw up even the simplest of orders.
