Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hampton

I've been ordering from this store for the last 3+ years. I moved here a while ago (by Mallory St.). I used to be a Papa Johns guy, I used to swear by Papa Johns. But Papa Johns can be kind of expensive. I looked for close by pizza joints, and this Dominos store is fairly close. Anyway, I've been ordering from them about once every 2 weeks. Sometimes twice a week because I don't feel like cooking.

You can basically say I've ordered from this store over 85-100 times. And every time the pizza takes no more than 35 minutes to get to my house (sometimes 20 minutes), it is ALWAYS made PERFECT. Hot, melted cheesiness, and perfect. Pizza sauce is one of the most important ingredients to a successful pizza, and they always do right at this store. (I like my pizza with a lot of sauce).

Their drivers are always friendly and will actually have a conversation with you if you start one, which is kinda funny.

Anytime I order a pizza from out of state, I always hope it's like...

Tell you what, this is not the same dominos I grew up with where it was crappy inconsistent pizza thirty minutes or less. Friend of mine told me it was awesome pizza now along with the roasted sandwiches. I was skeptical. So I gave them a chance and ordered the five cheese pizza for the kids and a couple subs for my wife and I. I was shocked when I ate it. It was really good. I mean its not wood fired authentic Italian pizza but its pretty good for what it tries to do. I have tried the bread stick products, the pizzas many many times, and I'm partial to the cheese steak sub. Its good food. I like being able to order online through their website. I've placed probably well over thirty orders in the past 3 months and they have never messed up anything. I always get what I have ordered and it never looks like someone drove their car over it. Its a well run outfit. Whoever is cracking the whip over there is good at their job. Hats off to...

Every time I try to order from here always the person at register always has an excuse. Here is type of stuff I experienced for example 🙄.1st time guy says out loud anybody ordering a take out will have to wait 2hours like who does that. 2nd time guy tells me at counter only way I can order is go online they taking no walk in order. I'm confuse I can walk in but can't place a order haha. This place always looks under managed and chaotic when u walk in. They always look like they under lots of stress no control staff all over the place no organization. No worries never have to worry bout me anymore found MOD or Pizza Hut and Lil Ceasars right down street who has better customer service. Have friends in high places who experienced same thing at this dominoes. Terrible service. Don't waste your time people other places out there with much better experience stay away...
