Hardee's — Restaurant in Hampton

We love Hardee's and usually grab it on the way to Charles City since its one of the only places to eat on the road. But the Hardee's in Hampton has not been great lately. The last time I ate there... I literally found a hair in the middle of my sandwich. It was definitely not mine as it was different color, texture and length. Also, the past few times our order has been incorrect. But tonight was our last straw. We decide to eat there tonight on our way to CC to drop off my step daughter. We all ordered something different and all three of our meals were cold. This was at 6pm. The fries were not fresh and our sandwiches tasted like they had barely nuked them in the microwave. My wife's burger was red in the middle, she asked for a new one and they gave it to her but with us being the only one in the lobby we could hear all of the workers throughout the entire restaurant voice their displeasure. There is an 80 year old lady running around taking orders, making the food, on the drive thru, while taking counter orders and the rest of the staff stands around watches the show. And the "Fresh Baked Buns" are Not actually fresh baked, but like the rest of the food items- prepackaged and shipped to the store! Buuut if you don't see the whole operation inside out, it seems to be a nice Hardee's with genuine service to the good-hearted, loyal community of this lovely...
