HORRIBLE took over 30 mins to get my order as they gave a mail.man in their my meal.then he brought it back.cause it was a number 5 not what he ordered then they tried to give me.thqt same.food he brought back as my order. That's 1,. Then they remade it and made it wrong as I don't eat certain things so I asked for.it without things and they didn't do it. That's 2. Then I was mad by then used my entire lunch break waiting on the food then got the order it was wrong so lunch break is over waiting the for the first screw up then the third time.they made it I left without checking as I had to what back to work and I didn't check so I am.drivjng down mercury and they made it wrong again I boycot this location is will drive past them down to Mallory street instead as not even the manager could get it right I called the store and they said I can come.in and get a sandwich for free sometime.i go in a few weeks later and they said that was never said and they don't know.why that would be said. I called the number on the back of the receipt after speaking with the store.manager and still got.nothing not even a response. I go to this Hardees almost daily. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is right around the corner from my house. I usually can't complain except I now will not go in the evening because That's when I usually encounter the girl named Raven at the window. Shes always SO rude and acts annoyed even when taking the most simple order from me. I once asked for two extra sauces for my chicken AT THE MICROPHONE (because I knew it would cost extra so I made sure it'd be added to my bill) and she got all snotty and rude and said no you only get one sauce with the 5 piece chicken strip meal. My family and I came here on 2/5/2025 literally at 8:45 to get my son some food before heading back to Norfolk. We sat at the drive thru intercom waiting to order for 10 minutes. There was a white Kia in front of us prior to us making it to the intercom. Finally it was our turn and there was complete silence. We waited another 10 minutes until my husband decided to pull up to the window to place our order. There was no one in sight. Finally at 8:58pm a young lady came to the window and said we are closed. We explained to her that we had been waiting for over 10 minutes at the intercom and at the window for someone to take our order. She said that she tossed all the food away at 8:58.
