Kim's Chinese Food — Restaurant in Hampton

I’m sad to share this because I don’t leave negative reviews unless absolutely warranted but my entire family is sick right now after eating from here. All of our stomachs have broken down as if we’ve got food poisoning or something, even down to my little kids. I read a public inspection report about 4 years ago that stated they found an entire HOG in the kitchen just sitting out that was being “cut from” and I should’ve known after reading that to never trust this establishment again. However my family has been customers since the 90s and I sadly gave them another try. I DEEPLY REGRET DOING THIS to me and my family. We’re never eating here again. The food has zero taste as well. It seems like everytime someone eats from here they get sick. Why are they still open ?

Very confusing when ordering. There’s a drive thru but you have to call ahead or order online first. There needs to be a bigger sign to call or place order online first. I ordered chicken wings and white rice. The chicken wings are fried perfectly! But there was absolutely no flavor in the wings. The rice was cooked perfectly but again zero flavor. The soy sauce gave it some flavor but ultimately this food was a disappointment. I did get the sweet tea assuming it was going to be the container tea homemade but this tea came in a styrofoam cup and it was powdered tea. Also disappointing. Years ago this place was the only go to Chinese restaurant. Food was flavorful. Not sure what happened...

I called to let them know the chicken in my order tasted funny and they said to me that "nobody else called about to complain about the chicken." I said "I'm not everybody else and the chicken on my plate doesn't taste good like its bad." They are selling bad chicken to its customers and mad because complained. I have a stomach ache as I'm writing this review. They told me to bring it back so they can show the cook and make me another. When I got back there they were mad because I ate some of my food.
