McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampton

This McD gets worse every time we visit! Smh! You pull up to the drive thru speaker... there's NO acknowledgment! I've never worked at a fast food establishment but I'm pretty sure they have some type of alert when you pull up! 10 min later someone comes on the speaker and apologies for your wait. 🤔 (so you did know I was there!?! What happened to "I'll be with you in a moment" or something to that extent!). Once order was taken tonight...pulled to 1st window to pay...sat for 5 minutes then pulled on up to second window (simple courtesy after ordering staff can say pull to SECOND WINDOW!). Get up to 2nd window and see a staff making our Sundaes incorrectly so the manager took over selected 2 new cups then dumped what the other staff made into the new cups. Brings it over and the caramel on top is erupting from the top. Finally get food (cheeseburgers, apple pie & Fillet a fish)...get home No Spoons for 2 Sundaes! Took the crumbled up apple pie out of box and there is little to no apples inside. Fish bread probably could break your teeth...cheeseburgers extremely dry. The BEST thing we had (BC I like being positive) were the SUNDAES YAYYY). Spoke with manager and she agreed to replace the order on my next visit. I want no parts and will be requesting a refund upon arrival as this service and food was unacceptable!!! NOTE TO CORPORATE OR WHOMEVER RESPONDS TO THESE REVIEWS ON BEHALF OF MCD

Will never go to this location again. How do you mess up an order twice?!! Not one burger but the whole order. The person at the window read my receipt, I showed him the food and how it was wrong. He read it out loud so I know I’m not crazy! They remake the order after waiting 15 mins because the service is so slow here. Looked in the bag and the order was wrong again. Went through the drive through again. Another 15 mins wait period. And finally got to the window. Asked for my Old receipt so he could pull up my order. Took about 10-15 mins to get a receipt… weird. He read it out loud again. Showed him my order was messed up again and I wanted a refund at this point. He said ok pull up and my manager will give u one. Pulled up to the second window. Waited at least 20 mins!!!!!!! Till I finally put my car in reverse to the window with the cashier. He was surprised to see me and went to get his manager. Manager was rude and nonchalant. Asked what was wrong, I told her to look at the receipt and I show her the food. She read the receipt and something was changed. I asked to see it and my order wasn’t the same. It was changed to match what they gave me. The receipt was even printed at a different time other than the time I ordered initially, so not only did they mess up but now they are lying. At this point you guys are the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Manager asked for all the food back in order to get a refund. Glady!! Fries were cold by then. Nothing I ordered was correct. Burned gas and wasted my time at this bottom of the barrel, slow service, incompetent employees, trash...

EDIT. I received an email from the management group. Apparently, the staff was told that they can't treat ppl that way. Was also told I could go back to the store with the receipt and they would fix my meals. I paid with cash and by time I heard from them, who knows where the receipt is. But also, and I explained, that I live over an hour away from that location and would not drive that far JUST to have the issue fixed. I was basically told to have a nice day. Never again. I'm tempted to contact corporate.

Went in to grab a quick bite to eat for my kids and myself. Ordered a #1...figuring the number would indicate a combo meal, ordered a KIDS 4 piece nugget, thinking it would indicate a happy meal...a sausage McMuffin with egg-nothing about cheese. The #1 was a sandwich only...the kids nuggets was nuggets only, cause apparently you actually have to SAY Happy meal and combo (never have at any other facility). I'm not a big fan of cheese so when I get my McMuffin and there is cheese, I take it back up there. I immediately was told it comes with cheese so I asked to please show me on the menu and get told I need to lose my attitude and then proceeded to get talked about. My 4 year old was upset cause she didn't get a toy with the non-existent cause I didn't actually say happy meal. The fries had no flavor. I am appalled and disappointed.
