Subway — Restaurant in Hampton

We went in to get lunch and I’m not sure of the guys name but he has to be the manager or owner or something. We weren’t thrilled with our experience the two ladies we dealt with the other night were great but the man who made our subs today definitely has no idea what he’s doing. I asked for the new Baja chicken bacon and he tried to make it with steak and I corrected him telling him I wanted chicken and he still made my sub using the wrong chicken I was suppose to get rotisserie and instead got the chicken strips. My significant other wanted the BMT and had to remind him multiple times he wanted the BMT. He then toasted both of us subs even though he didn’t ask and my significant other didn’t want his toasted. He didn’t listen to anything we wanted on our subs or prepare them correctly. I use to work for subway and I can tell you the way he made our subs was not up to company standards. I felt bad for the girl working with him it seemed like she was doing everything and if he was less worried about what she was doing he might’ve made our subs correctly. Just overall very disappointed...

We have always ordered from this store and we're always satisfied. We ordered 2 roast beef subs tonight for Valentine's Day, but we were so disappointed with what we got, I called the store to register a complaint, .and was told to call back tomorrow when the manager was there. One of the subs was on multi grain bread. The bread was OLD bread. It was hard and dry where you couldn't bite through, basically the consistency of bagged croutons, and crumbled. We paid $1.75 for extra meat, but found hardly ANY meat on the sub at all! Threw away half the sandwich and wrapped the other half and put it in the fridge to prove it to the manager of we are allowed to speak to them. Needless to say, it kind of ruined Valentine's Day for us. Rethinking ordering from this...

I came in to pick up a mobile order so I went right to the register. After standing and being looked at for a few minutes, someone asked me what I needed. I told her my name and that I was picking up an order. She then continues the order she was working on. After she completed it, she started helping the next customer in line, completely disregarding me and my order. I did not pick up the order until over ten minutes after the time the app told me it...
