Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Hampton

Very disappointing for a chain restaurant. XXL chicken burrito had about four pieces of chicken in it and the burrito itself wasn't good tasting; refried beans were dry which means they're not being stirred at proper intervals. Order of the Chalupa box without tomato or lettuce came out with lettuce. Cashier didn't greet us and even messed up our order. Had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to get off her phone to fix the cashier's mistake. Most of order was already made while waiting for correction of the mistake and by the time we received our full order, most of it was cold. As a prior Taco Bell manager of two years before joining the Navy, this restaurant was very poorly managed. Lounge area and bathrooms need to be cleaned. We generally had a five or six personnel crew in an extremely busy area of Jacksonville, FL and we consistently maintained cleanliness and...

3 March 2020- Changed review to a 5 as a result of today’s order. We ordered a Nacho Bell Grande Supreme and Crunch Wraps. Everything was tasty, plenty of filling, fresh looking vegies. The meal was very satisfying. Well done, a definite change for the better.

2019 Review. Ordered a Soft Taco Supreme with shredded chicken. Barely had any chicken, lettuce and tomatoes were missing. Also ordered a XXL Burrito with seasoned beef which was just thrown together, not rolled, very little if any seasoned beef, Tiny amount of lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing I ordered looked like anything on the menu. BTW, pintos N beans were soupy. Think I’m done...

They NEVER get the order right. Always give super tiny portions. There’s a lot that they claim to not offer but if you order online they’ll give it to you. Staff is really rude and does not listen to customer requests. I asked for a cantina chicken bowl with no cabbage so they gave me lettuce instead. Which doesn’t even come on the cantina chicken bowl and they didn’t ask if I wanted that. Once had a really nice girl take my order but when I got to the window it obviously wasn’t the same girl. She had a completely different attitude and I gave her a $5 tip just for her to roll her eyes and smack her gum...
