Savannah Pizza Company HA — Restaurant in Varnville

If this wasn’t the only pizza restaurant in the area, I would not patronize this establishment. When they first opened in our area, they had different crew, different people. Everything was top-notch. I have given this establishment, a good four chances on several different occasions where they have either not read my order that I placed online, delivered my food, and my pizza was tilted to the side because of the way that the driver had it placed in the vehicle, had the wrong items on a salad, that I once again placed on my order ticket. Maybe their computer screens are too small for them to see the font, which is not my problem. However, if you have an online system or if you call the order in, the order should be correct and the correct pizza or food item should be verified before handing it to patrons. I want to start off by saying that I gave 3 stars because when eating in I've never had a problem (other than the fact they do not have ice for the drinks), however I've ran into a lot of problems with delivery. I LOVE the fact they deliver as I live in the country and most places do not however it is always an hour + that I get my order. Tonight's order was awful! I waited the usual hour (which to be fair was the estimated delivery time) and it never came. Finally an hour and a half later I called only to then have to wait an extra hour to get my order. When it finally came the Pepsi that they gave for free for me waiting so long ended up being diet after asking what drink I wanted, they forgot the garlic butter I paid extra for, and then had a severe attitude when I called back. From them completely screwing up an order for a birthday party and not taking accountability in July. This staff has not been given the training you can get for free on YouTube. If a company can not invest in decent management and training why give them your money? Now fast forward to 11/11/2023 and we’re now not only dealing with food poisoning we are dealing with our bank for fraud. Ordered 1 pizza and wings that were not made to specifications we requested to have the cashier tip herself $20. Who tips $20 on a $20 order from a company we already know is inconsistent at best?
