Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hanford

My family came in on a pretty slow night and there was only one other couple there. Every table was filthy (littered with cheese powder and empty boxes/ pizza pans) except for the banquet/party room, which was pretty clean. I only saw two employees so maybe they were short-staffed. The pizza was fresh and crispy, but could’ve used a touch more sauce and was no longer on sale ( we paid $14.50/ large 3 topping)? It came out pretty quick but was on an oversized pan, which made my husband question if they gave us the wrong size. I told him they probably just ran out of the other ones because they were still sitting on tables, so he didn’t complain. My biggest issue with this store, besides the fact that it was a mess) is the cost of the games they offer. They were all $1 to play, which I’ve never seen at any other location. My four year old son only had $5 to play and needless to say that didn’t last very long and led to a huge tantrum. They should really re-think this. It’s not John’s Incredible, for Pete’s sake. Still, it’s fine for take-out if we’re ever close-by...

First time I came to this location, I waited 30min before showing up, got there and waited another 30min. It was peak hours, off days happen. Asst Manager was adamant about not doing anything to rectify. So, next time I ordered during off hours. Ordering take out this time was also a hassle. The wait times are out of control. 40min wait times at 3pm. If you're ordering takeout online, you must pay online prior to getting your pizza. That's fine people order then me n eds make it, me n eds should be payed. But then, they're requiring the card be re-read on their Point of Sale, which would be fine if the Point of Sale would work. But on top of that, I had to present ID. I'm getting IDed for pizza lol. The pizza is good chain-store pizza; this store's management is a mess.

My note to the owner: people are going to charge back their CC and get their money back regardless double checking...

I doordash and I was there waiting on a order for 45 minutes because they never started it. So when I finally recieved the order I asked for ranch and jalapeños for the long wait and if they weren’t willing to do that I would pay for it. The lady at the counter was rude to customers the whole 45 minutes at the counter btw. She argued with me about doing that didn’t hear me say I would pay for them. Once she did she told another store worker no go ahead and get some I’m blocking this dasher from our store. She proceeds to say stuff to me and I tell her I’m done talking to you I grab the order and said thank you very much and left. Still haven’t been back to the store I am obviously banned. Haven’t picked up an order from here in quite sometime would...
