🌮 Burrito Bliss at Outlaws Roost! 🌮

I stopped by this cute little spot next to a one-of-a-kind gas station and had an amazing experience building my own burrito!

🍗 Build Your Own Heaven 🍗 The build-your-own burrito option was incredible! I made a chicken burrito that was absolutely perfect. Their corn relish and Jackamole sauce are must-try toppings, and the sour cream was the perfect finishing touch. Every bite was bursting with flavor!

🏪 Charming Local Spot 🏪 This is such a cute, one-of-a-kind store with a unique atmosphere. The location next to an equally unique gas station adds to its charm and makes it a fun little destination.

💰 Worth Every Penny 💰 My burrito came out to $14.86 after tax - just a couple dollars more than Chipotle, but significantly better tasting! It's definitely worth the slight premium to support a local business rather than a big chain.

🤗 Passionate Staff 🤗 All the staff were incredibly passionate about their food and eager to help. People would regularly stop by my table to check if everything was tasting alright - that level of customer service really enhanced the whole experience.

❤️ Verdict: Absolutely Delicious! ❤️ Overall, this place is a 10 out of 10! I would absolutely recommend this fun little spot to anyone looking for an amazing burrito experience that beats the chains by a mile. Can't wait to return and try more...

Great little spot. The owners are down to earth, and really friendly. The food is amazing! The only thing I would suggest is keep the build your own burrito for those that want to. I would like to see Laura’s top five combinations that I could pick from. This could help the line move quicker and makes it easier for the staff to put them together. Infinite options can be great, but because I spent 5 years in the restaurant business. I would want to just slap a #1 together real quick to keep the line moving. In food people don’t know what they want just like in life. We work all day stressing out in the city and spend a large amount of money to go on vacation to try something new. Here I am complaining about it, if this helps great if not disregard me please. Keep doing what you are doing, enjoying the small town life, where everyone matters and the community knows how to relax and enjoy life. In the city we might spend thousands of dollars to buy a piece of art. A picture of the stunning desert. But those that live near this art get to be there everyday of they want to. I am happy for you and can’t wait to return to this incredible world of natural awe inspiring beauty that...

We were driving from Capitol Reef National Park back to Moab, UT and were hungry after a day of hiking. We had very low expectations as it felt like we were in the middle of no where. We had 3 options of open restaurants. We saw Outlaw’s Roost had 5 stars and hundreds of reviews which is unheard of so we felt like we had to try it. We still had low expectations assuming it was just ok and people gave it high ratings because it was one of only a few food options in the area. As soon as we walked in, we knew it was going to be a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant is super cute and the food was top notch! The menu was very straightforward which made making a decision easy after a tiring day. We were blown away at what a great experience it was overall. We both got burritos and that was the best meal of our weeklong southwest trip. Highly recommend and would definitely return if we are ever...

I was a little caught off guard as this has been a regular stop for many years when touring on my motorcycle. Used to be called Blondies and is now the Outlaw Roost. I went in with expectations and the first thing I noticed is it was freshly remodeled. When we looked at the menu it was not the same food we were used to seeing. So we asked and the nice gentleman said he was the new owner and was doing a more healthy menu. With reservations we decided to stay and try it out. Boy am I glad I did. Had some of the freshest , wonderful tasting street tacos I have experienced along my trip. Fast friendly service, super clean restrooms , plenty of seating inside and out. Will definitely stop here again on my next visit . 5 Star Experience!

TL;DR: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ —> fresh food, homemade (not a mix) margaritas that are SO GOOD! —————————————————————- We stayed across the street at the Whispering Sands Motel and went to dinner here on a Sunday eve. Being from Texas, I didn’t want Mexican food, but am SO GLAD hubby insisted. The ingredients were so fresh, and the homemade margaritas were AMAZING! No margarita mix here! The salsa and corn relish are both great and homemade as well. The place is cute, with saloon door decals in the front doors. The cashier was chatty and helpful. We would definitely go back to eat here. *** Nachos are not on the menu, so they will only make them if it’s not busy!***
