UPDATE: The following day, the General Manager of the store called me to apologize and let me know that he was very interested and appreciated my expression of disappointment. I told him that I was not trying to get anyone in trouble, but just wanted him to be aware of an issue that can easily be addressed. I believe he took my points seriously and am extremely satisfied with his follow-up. He did not ask me to update this review and he didn't give me any free food or drinks. I will return to this store and welcome a more customer friendly environment!
ORIGINAL: Went to buy 2 $50 Gift Cards. Raju P. treated me with total disrespect and refused to offer an apology AFTER HE ADMITTED HIS MISTAKE. He was trying to waive me out of the store and kept yelling, "My card doesn't work". Read moreWorst experience! Don’t go to this Dunkin! First I tried to go in to the lobby it was close by 6 when it states open until 9. I had to repeat my order multiple times. When we got to the window the worker FAISAL, attend us and we got curious and ask why she had only told us that she only had two types of donuts when clearly they had a variety. She proceeded to blame us and stated how we had asked for those we let her know we did not. Then we asked to place an order of donuts mind you there was no line, she proceeded to give us attitude and aggressively throwing the donuts we asked for in the box. Read moreI come to this location out of necessity because it's the closest one to my house but I will be driving the extra mile to a different location for now on. The customer service is horrible. And the staff blatantly treat people differently if they are of color. Today I was left waiting at the drive-in window while the manager was apologizing for the wait on the intercom to the white customer behind me. I have observed this behavior at this location several times the staff greet the white customers and treat them kindly while treating minorities like garbage. After I waited at the window for an excessive amount of time I finally blurted out through the window excuse me and at least have my credit card back after I had paid.
