Parkway Diner — Restaurant in Hanover Township

So this is probably the third or fourth time I have ordered here and the first couple of times were great. This time however, I’m not sure if it’s because the county is green or whatnot, wasn’t even good. I ordered three meals and two came wrong. They explained that on one of them they ran out of turkey bacon and I understood that completely. But I ordered regular bacon for my meal and I got regular sausage. No problem, but I can’t stand sausage so I called and asked them to remake it. The lady I was talking to was very nice until she quickly became agitated by a cook who came out to berate her because I had a complaint. I get frustrated quickly so I asked my fiancé to explain it for me, they understood and he went to pick up my food. Once he got there a cook immediately came out and asked “are you just trying to get free bacon? Cause I can just cook you bacon.” My fiancé replied that he doesn’t need to cheat people out of $2 worth of bacon and that the order was just wrong and we would like it fixed. In hopes of it being all good he brought it back even after questioning the people there ( who were all very nice besides the cook) that it was in fact bacon, I took one look at it and realized that all they did was take a piece of ham, cut it into strips and fried it. I wouldn’t be posting this but again my order was wrong and I can’t handle dealing with them again. Sorry, food was good but...

Giving 2 stars because the food wasn't bad. But won't be back. Came every 2 min until we ordered but we needed a few minutes. Once the food finally arrived we realized 2 of us were supposed to have sour cream. Both of us got cream cheese. Flagged waitress down to fix it. Another waitress came over and interrupted our meal to hand her sugar we weren't even using to fill it. Brings it back and puts it in my way without a word. That could've waited uny we left. Part way thru my daughter mentioned they never brought my green beans they said were coming. I had to get up to find the waitress and she said yes they put them in the microwave and forgot. I have to watch them. They give cream cheese and forget things. Wth? We were running late and asked for the bill and it didn't have a total. Only the price of each item. Went to the register and notice a paper taped to the counter parties of 4 or more will be charged 18% gratuity. Four people or more!!!! I can see maybe 8 or more but 4??? So the waitress comes up complaining about the cashier calling off. Then my daughter took my keys to go to the car and the waitress says that's what they do. Eat and run. I didn't appreciate that....

My wife and I went to Park way diner to have breakfast Sunday morning 6/23/24 for my birthday as I don't get out much because I'm disabled have a hard time walking i had the creamed chipped beef over white bread...It was a horrible breakfast..My bread under the chipped beef was hard like a rock stale . I guess they didn't think I would notice under the cream sauce .Told the waitress about it .I said you need to check the bread it's stale she says ok I will . She says at check out sorry. Instead of taking it off the bill or charging me a portion of it she charges me $29 for the full bill saying sorry while taking my money the waitress had glasses on. .my wife's pancakes were burnt so dark brown had no consistency inside the pancakes.The bacon was precooked it was hard and saturated with grease. My wife and I were very disappointed in the quality of food and lack of customer satisfaction...Just sorry and take your money. I will never stop there again. Waste of time and money.... Poor concern to the customer.... If you like their food you have low expectations or your friends or relatives posting.... If I could give 5 zero's 00000 I would .. Think twice about...
