During a recent visit to Subway at 2230 San Souci Highway Hanover Pa 18706, I encountered an unsatisfactory experience with one of the employees. Upon placing my order for the Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap, which is a listed menu item, I politely requested a small amount of additional peppercorn ranch dressing. The employee informed me that this was not possible, citing that the wrap already contained mayonnaise.
In an attempt to clarify the situation, I respectfully referred to the menu description, which clearly listed peppercorn ranch as an ingredient in the wrap.
Once I paid, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for avacodo as that was one of the ingredients a I read to her from the menu board. Despite this, the employee insisted on charging me an additional $1.50 for the avocado, claiming that it was not displayed on her screen. Avacoda is in the name.
After a prolonged and unproductive exchange, the employee escalated the matter to her boss. The boss ultimately resolved the issue by providing me with a $1.50 cash refund. However, the employee's behavior was discourteous, as she slammed the window shut in an unprofessional manner.
This incident left me feeling disrespected and disappointed with the level of customer service I received. While I understand that mistakes can occur, the employee's unwillingness to listen and her confrontational attitude were unacceptable, particularly for an established food...

Today I placed a mobile order for pickup. Entering the restaurant it was only myself and one older gentleman placing his order with 3 employees behind the counter.
One of the employees walked up to the counter met direct eye contact with me and when I greeted him he rolled his eyes and turned his back towards me. Okay whatever..
The older gentleman was placing his order and out of no-where the employee taking his order turned and began screaming "WHO DID THAT" at the other employee.
After patiently waiting for my turn, I advised the employee that I had a mobile order for pickup. I was then told in a very arrogant way "For future reference just come to register and let us know.".. We all have bad days, but this behavior is uncalled for and unprofessional.
Upon returning home my order was incorrect (missing ingredients on one of the sandwiches) and I was also given the wrong chips, which they had because I seen them on the display rack when entering the restaurant.
Overall this is the worst and most unprofessional Subway establishment in the valley, which is a shame because I remember it being much different...

My pick up time was 5:30pm. I got there, hit the button on the APP that I was there. I was there a few minutes early, about 5 minutes. It read READY on my APP and said they would bring it out in a few minutes. I waited until 5:35p and no one coming. So I ran in to pick it up because I was on a time schedule (did not want to be late). Walked in and said I’m here to pick my order up; the young man said it is not ready and was waiting on a woman who just walked in???? Wasn’t my order FIRST before her 45 minutes ago??? Then he proceeded to make them and I saw the young lady wrapping it and I asked if there was lettuce on it; she said it wasn’t listed; I showed her my order IT WAS LISTED!
