Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hanover Township

So I went to Order inside the store and the only menu they had was a small one on the counter, which was not a big deal so it didn’t have everything that’s on the regular menu, but I just asked about a few things. I was continued to be overcharged for everything I paid for they tried charging me $20 And change for a 10 piece garlic cheese sticks even though their menu stated the price was $10.29 per 10 piece. They charged us over two dollars more per box meal for the hut box and they didn’t wanna give us our money back at first for the cheese sticks and we didn’t know about the other stuff until we looked at the receipt again and looked at what their prices are supposed to be by that time they wanted us out the door they wouldn’t honor the price. It was on their menu so they just took my cheese sticks off the order finally after saying I’m not paying $20 and change for a 10 peace. Their store was nasty and at this point I wasn’t going to eat and ask for the rest of my money back but they already were fighting me for the refund for the cheese sticks. My friend and I ordered a stuffed Pizza yesterday. What a nightmare! Oil burner was out of order so NO wings! No workers so asst manager had to work & use DOOR DASH. They couldn't find my address?? They sent a text but don't answer calls or texts! My friend who is in his 60's waited outside for over a half hr. So I call Pizza Hut to tell them there Door Dash person was a NO SHOW & the asst manager was nice & said he would make our Pizza over & bring it himself & wouldn't charge us because of the wait & what happened with Door Dash Dashing! To make it short, now it's 2 hours after this nightmare & we had to end up paying for it,along with a tip & the order wasn't right! I was too disgusted to call & complain,,but I did make a complaint to customer service & still no response by email or phone. After nearly 2 1/2 hours of torture,, I'll NEVER ORDER FROM SAN SOUCI PIZZA HUT EXPRESS in HANOVER TWP.OR DEAL WITH DOOR DASH!!!! We were very nice when others would have bitched them out & say don't bother making another. YET WE ENDED UP PAYING FOR IT WHEN HE SAID NO CHARGE BECAUSE OF ALL THE AGGRAVATION. TWO & A HALF JOURS! I placed a pickup order online and on the top of my order it showed location as Pittston Pa which is where I always order from and is 5 minutes from my house. After I submitted order it showed on confirmation that order will be ready in Hanover Township Pa which is 25 minutes away with no traffic. I did not want to drive a hour up and back and called immediately to cancel. The owner said he would not cancel and there was no way to refund my credit card. He was very rude and said there was nothing I could do. I was forced to drive a hour to pickup food to only have it cold by the time I got home. I called owner and asked to give me corporate number and he refused to give me the number. I went online and tried to call and there is no one available to speak to it directs your to online. I had to reenter this complaint 6 times and it would not go thru. Form submission failed due to a system error. Please try again. I would like a refund for the inconvenience...
