Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Updated review- AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!! 👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I’m a frequent customer at the Streamwood Rosati’s and have always had a great experience. Today, the online system had an error with my online XL pep pizza with fries. My food was estimated to be done around 6:55-7:00 for pick up . I understand it’s an estimated time when food is to be ready but, when I was notified that my ordered was picked up, I immediately contacted the location. I had someone there picking up my order and they informed me they did not receive any food. I contacted rosati’s and they confirmed with me that the food was NOT ready and they were delayed. I don’t understand why the system notified me that my food had been picked up which made me worried that someone made a mistake with the lack of workers there. It wasn’t until another 15 mins until my food was ready and my driver had it. I finally got my pizza from the person who picked it up for me and the food was cold (I live 5 mins away). I took a bite of my pizza when I instantly tasted ham. I went to review my receipt and noticed there was Canadian ham added to my order. That’s when I realized the glitch earlier had affected my order. I contacted their location again and had informed them of the situation. At this point, the manager I spoke to sounded frustrated and irritated of my situation and asked if I wanted another pizza. I kindly told him no, I didn’t feel comfortable getting another pizza with the delay as there was only ONE worker. I asked if I could get a refund and that I would send all my food back with my driver. That manager told me he needed to speak to another manager to verify a refund. I received a callback an hour later from the another manager. He told me that the situation of me getting my order wrong was my fault. He told me that he would have NOT offered me another xl pizza but rather a small one with one topping. Immediately, I was appalled with his tone and reaction to the situation as it differs from the other manager. I then told him to explain why I received a notification that my food was picked up and I had my driver wait another 15 mins for my food. Where is the explanation to that “system” glitch? He didn’t have a response and continued to interrupt me while I talked. You can’t blame me for an error glitch in the system and not take accountability for their location stating the food was “picked up”. I kindly told him that I would contact my credit card company as the situation only seemed to benefit him and that for someone who is a client for over 5 years this is a very disappointing experience. I love Rosati’s Pizza! I would put it above Pizza Hut, Domino’s, & certainly Papa John’s (Ugh!!!)

I ordered from the location on 27 South Sutton Road Streamwood, IL 60107. It is a pretty accessible location for me (just down the street.). I have made many last minute orders there & got them in like 30 minutes tops!

They could have more deals & I personally don’t like their other selections, like wings, chicken parmigiana etc.

If Pizza is what you are looking for... this is the place!

Update 6/8/2021

I had a 14 inch double dough for the first time. It wasn’t that expensive so I decided to pull the trigger. I also added Italian sausage, Italian beef, & mushrooms to one half, a straight cheese to the other side. The website makes it pretty easy to separate which side you want what on.

My son only likes cheese, so I just put the Italian beef & Italian sausage, & mushrooms on the other side. It came out perfect.

The Italian beef & double dough really didn’t add much taste to the pizza. It also was almost impossible to keep any toppings on the dough for whatever reason. It’s a ticky tack comment, but it was annoying.

I would give this recent pizza order 4.5 out of a total of 5 stars. It wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad! It was just aight!

I ordered a large thin crust half pepperoni & cheese pizza on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022. I ordered it over the phone last minute & it was ready in less than 20 minutes. My only complaint, is they baked the pepperoni into the pie so you weren’t sure what side the pepperoni was on.

I give this order 4.75...

my daughter wasn't feeling well So she called (mommy) me to asked me to order her and the grandchild dinner, The only thing I could think of was the best restaurant that I used my ravioli, cheese lasagna , And yummy pizza from That is Rosati's pizza !🍕 my favorite has always been the cheese ravioli, and the lasagna 😋 The food Chef has earned those five gold stars !

I'm so glad my number came up on caller ID and the manager Jose remembered me ordering A while ago, because now you need to have your card present when you make a purchase so Jose was able to waive that for me this one time to get the food out to the kids ASAP,

The manager also gave me a 10% discount on my full order. So I was able to tip the driver five dollars for her delivery !

The Management and Staff are awesome And definitely deserve 5 shining Gold stars The food is delicious and prompt delivery service!

Most importantly, respect that you get when you calling this restaurant was just overwhelming. They...
