I would give 0 stars if I could. The tables were discusting and grimey and had food all over them. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day and was so filthy. We opened our meals and even though we mentioned we were strictly vegetarian there was so much meat in our food. When we asked for a new one or a refund they said "oh I can't help you". They were using horrible language the whole time and cursing at each other. Most workers weren't working much and they left one guy to do all of it so they could do their highschool gossip. They were side-eyeing us and when some lady approached them, I can't confirm it but I'm pretty sure they trash talked us in Spanish. They kept looking at us and laughing when we ate. When we tried to get our order fixed for the meat the lady wouldn't move and the workers didn't even care that we needed help. When we were ordering the white rice wasn't ready so we had to wait 20 minutes for it. When the guy brought the rice to mix, he mixed it with his bare hands without using gloves. Once the rice got there, our meals were cold so we asked to get it reheated or remade. They refused and rudely did nothing. When I tried to go look for fork utensils, all the different cups of utensils were mixed and I couldn't find any forks for awhile. While putting our orders together, they kept letting the spoons fly, contaminating the other food bowls. We tried to go to the bathroom to wash our hands and found so much liquid all over the walls. It stunk really bad too. The situation was for both bathrooms so we didn't have a option but to use hand sanitizer. As we left they were just muttering under their breath. We will never be bringing our business back her unless changes are made. I've never had such a bad experience at any other Chipotle. Hire better people who have better intentions besides...
Read moreNever in my LIFE have I had a worse experience at a chipotle. Chipotlane is supposed to make the experience FASTER, but this location is obviously struggling in that department. We had two orders to pick up, nothing crazy both under the same name! But somehow that is impossible. We were handed the drink from the first order, but not the food and the employee at the window didn’t seem to understand that she hadn’t even given us one whole order yet. We told her it was fine if we had to come back around for the second order but multiple explanations of the fact that we had two orders failed to breech the caverns of her mind. Finally she hands us a bag of food and we expect it to be the first order… but it’s the second??? We then ask what happened to the food from the first order BECAUSE WE SAW HER HOLDING IT, and then she became confused AGAIN, and another employee came to the window to tell us that we were holding up the line and we should come in to get the food. WE ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE??? WE ARE??? ok fine. We go in and I tell the first girl (after waiting a while for the other people who have had to suffer at the hands of these chipotle employees) that we never got the food from the first order and she finally went and got it. It really was never that hard. I’d like to say I’m never coming back, but the chipotle that is second nearest to us is arguably worse....

I have them too the male employees firstly rudely invites me and another customer to the ordering area which was fine I was being more understanding let it be . Then when he was doing my order he put a lot of rice a lot and then shortens my chicken and my beans which is literally the only source of protein and I come here pretty often there is a regular serving portion and there is being stingy but serving less portion then regular and having the customers say I need an extra portion is unacceptable. If the employee is not a people’s person then he should not be serving up in the front and dealing with customers everyone else was a good employee respectful and I will not describe the person because I do not want to get anyone in trouble but the employees know who all does this . This is unacceptable and this is the last review I will leave on the website next is straight corporate respectfully this is not the first time or the second time - it’s been too many times I have had it .
