where do i even start. I am an intense subway lover. after me and my beloved mother finish our shopping trip we decide to head over to subway to get some what i hoped would be except able submarine sandwiches. now mind you, my sister was at home at this time indubitably ill and the meat she eats is turkey. we head on in and say what subs we want. we don’t get informed of their lack of ingredients until the young lady starts making my salami and turkey and she says “we don’t got no turkey” you can image the dismay. we had to cancel my ill sisters sandwich, as well as get a very sad sandwich for yours truly. my mother was not happy about this because my sister (her daughter) will not be getting a sandwich, and she loooooves subway. now my question for you is what in hell kinda sandwich shoppe doesn’t have turkey?????? like, what?????? i had to buy my own turkey. so subway, get some turkey in that spot for the turkey. i don’t know if i’ll ever support this monstrosity of a business again. you know who does have turkey, mr. jersey mikes freshly sliced. i think we all know where im headed next time i want...
Read moreI used the app and ordered their special “buy a footling, get a footling for $1” with special instructions saying “pickles on the side. Please cut each footling in half and wrap each 6inch individually”. My kids were going on a trip and this makes it easier for them to navigate eating in the car. I also left a tip. When I picked the sandwiches up, none of the requests were completed. When I asked the man, he snapped at me saying the receipt was long even though requests are the first thing listed. I asked him to wrap the halves separately while I picked the pickles off one of the sandwiches and then had to wrap those halves myself. I asked why he had such an attitude with me when I was kind in writing my request with please and thank you and even left a tip. He was upset with the order of buy one and get one for a $1. He said not to order from his store if I’m going to use that promotion because he doesn’t make as much money. Read moreAs I was being greeted, I said I would like the Tuesday sub on wheat. The associate asked me if I wanted a 6 or 12 inch. I thought the daily features were all 6 inch subs. But, I told him 6.
The associate then asked me what kind of bread I wanted. See the above paragraph. So again, I told him my choice of bread.
He then started to make me a tuna sandwich, while the Tuesday feature is the oven roasted chicken. After I corrected him, he scraped most of the tuna from my sandwich & put it back in the bowl he scooped it from.
After that, he proceeded to put the piece of oven roasted chicken in the same roll, which still had some tuna on it. I had to ask for a fresh roll, or else I would not have gotten one.
