Five Guys — Restaurant in Hanover

I've been going to Five Guys for seven years and always had a flawless experience; Service and food quality. This time, not quite sure what was happened. Yesterday, July 3rd, at 12pm, I immediately regretted giving a 20% tip after placing my order, as my wife and I sat down and tried to have a conversation being muffled by employees purposely screaming loud and making jokes about other customers. When the jesters would finally be done, the employee responsible for cleaning tables would go around and purposely drag the metal chairs as they screech on the tile floor, while everyone was getting uncomfortable and could not talk amongst that chaos, while the other employees were laughing. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at Five Guys, and for that reason, do not recommend this branch at noon time...

The hanover location is great. Friendly staff, food is always cooked to order and is pretty fast. The Braintree location on the other hand is terrible. There is no place to park and the staff at the Braintree location seem to have a language barrier. The guy on fries when I visited gave my order away to someone that kept telling him what his number was. And when he called my name he gave it to this man. They got my fry order wrong and gave me regular fries and not cajun so i asked for cajun fries to replace the plain fries and when I got them I realized he had been using old fries just recycling fries from earlier in the night. So Hanover has never had this issue and like I said food cooked to order by the friendliest of staff. Go to Hanover location and avoid Braintree at all costs. Thank you Hanover...

The best burgers and hotdogs I have ever had as well as French fries. No matter what size you get they always come overloaded.Keep in mind that if you have an allergy to peanuts stay away. They cook their fries in peanut oil and you can have some peanuts. They have little burgers which are 1 patty and burgers which are 2 patties. I always go for the 2 patties. No charge for the toppings and there is a copious amount to choose from at NO charge. You can get your burgers on lettuce if you want. I should because of a gluten sensitivity. But I don't. They have shakes and other stuff that you can also get as well as fountain drinks. My aunt and I love 5 guys and they definitely deserve 5 ⭐. It tends...
