I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in a restaurant as me and my family had been tonight. My food was luke warm (at best) and my bacon was like glass. I usually am pretty understanding and I hate complaining. My hash browns looked and felt like they had been scraped off of somebody else's plate. At least my biscuit was hot and fresh! As for the other 4 in the party, they were all highly disappointed as well. The real kicker is the manager, Denise. She immediately looked irritated when we asked to speak with her, chose to speak from about 10 feet away instead of coming over to discuss the situation privately. She argued with us and not once tried to remedy our bad experience, but instead stated, mutiple times, how the bacon was taken off the bill as if that solves all of our problems we had. We never got a smile, a sincere apology, nothing. Our server was very sweet and let us know she was new and tried her best to help us any way she could. All in all, I will keep my business at the Bob Evans on west 12th street. I've honestly never had such a bad experience and I hope Denise figures out how to treat her...
Read moreTook my grandchildren and my mom to dinner at the Harborcreek Bob Evans last night. We were there about 6 pm. It was not busy at all. Had there worst service of any restaurant ever and the food that was supposed to be hot was not! There were 6 of us and 4 ordered salads, two of them were Cesear. Both were very small and had more cheese than lettuce. My grandson ordered the piggy pancake from the kids menu . It was cold when we got it, the bananas had turned brown from being kept under the heat lamps and we had to ask for syrup from several staff members before we got it over 10 minutes later. The veggie omelette was barely warm. We were never offered any drink refills. When my mom asked for a box for the rest of her salad they brought her a Takeout soup bowl without a lid.
This was the second time that we went there and had issues like this. Will never go to this...

We waited for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged—no greeting, no water, not even eye contact from the staff( not sure if this is due to we are being Asian). We even noticed guests who arrived 10 minutes after us being promptly served. The atmosphere felt unusually off, and the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. When we raised our concerns at the front desk, the only response we received was a brief ‘we’re sorry,’ with no further explanation or effort to address the issue. Overall, it was a very frustrating and...
