Subway — Restaurant in Harborcreek Township

Called to place an order for a sub tray that I'm gonna need for work and the employee who answered the phone in Northeast said hello I didn't know if I had the right number or not!! Very unprofessional I knew I was gonna have trouble after that warming hello!! The employee handed the phone to another employee because she knew nothing about a sub platter!! Oh my God!! Obviously she needs training!!! The other employee couldn't find the order forms and asked for my phone number to call me back when she found them!! I simply told her no thanks I'll go somewhere else!!! I cannot believe the amount of money this place is losing since this happened last year different story same sub platter!! I think we need to train a few employee's cause that's the worst service I seen in a long time and how someone answers the phone!! How about thank you for calling sub way can I help u???? Told the sandwich technician we had a coupon, she never batted an eye when we asked for subs not included in the VAGUE COUPON. Coupon never explained that half the subs were not applicable and she never questioned to be sure of what we were getting. It ended up costing more than my anniversary dinner for freaking subs. Atmosphere is very stripped down - apparently, hoodlums hang out here so much we can't have more than one garbage can and the booths have to be pulled away from the walls. Ordered a 6inch and a footlong. only got 2 6inch subs, when i went to go back in to get the other half of my footlong they told me no.. even though i paid for a ftlong and only got half. when i asked for a refund for the ftlong she took away all my food? WHAT? she said she could give me a whole refund...uhm no i want my food I'm asking for a refund for the ftlong I DIDN'T GET? she couldn't give me the other half of the ftlong that I PAID FOR because of "policy"? how can't i get the food i paid for? and then you won't give me a refund?...
