Called to place an order for a sub tray that I'm gonna need for work and the employee who answered the phone in Northeast said hello I didn't know if I had the right number or not!! Very unprofessional I knew I was gonna have trouble after that warming hello!! The employee handed the phone to another employee because she knew nothing about a sub platter!! Oh my God!! Obviously she needs training!!! The other employee couldn't find the order forms and asked for my phone number to call me back when she found them!! I simply told her no thanks I'll go somewhere else!!! I cannot believe the amount of money this place is losing since this happened last year different story same sub platter!! I think we need to train a few employee's cause that's the worst service I seen in a long time and how someone answers the phone!! How about thank you for calling sub way can I help u???? Coupon never explained that half the subs were not applicable and she never questioned to be sure of what we were getting. It ended up costing more than my anniversary dinner for freaking subs.
