Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Harborcreek Township

The store is clean, well kept, and very nice. They have an awesome selection and virtually all of their staff is excellent.

There's one guy though... The guy is always a real jerk. He was sarcastic to my wife, and short with me.

We've been in there many times and it's always the same when he's there. I've given it the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was having a bad day, but it's been recurrent enough that I'll just go to another Tractor Supply from now on.

It's very clearly his personality. He should find a trade or something else to do, because customer service is not for him.

When you're genuinely unpleasant to the people that fill your paycheck, you shouldn't work the front end of a customer service gig.

I really dislike leaving 1 star reviews.. Unfortunaely it is the only way for a business to learn from mistakes. I love this store. Its local, clean, and easy to shop. I looked online and found a toolbox I wanted to purchase so I stopped on the way home from work.. Not a hello, how are you or welcome. Looks at his watch and says we close in 6 minutes. I understand that, I know what I want. It was so blatent that he did not want us there that I looked at him and said I will go elsewhere then since you cant check me out in 2 minutes.. We shop at this location every week and spend a lot of money with the Farm animals that we have. Went in there tonight to buy a turkey fryer Get to the fryer and literally put my hands on it when an associate comes running over and says oh no you can't have that. I just got off the phone with someone for it. Like what. Since when does anyone hold anything not to mention I literally had the damn thing in ny hands. Won't be coming back to this place again....
