Spoke with Louise on the phone and she was helpful and polite. She and Nancy are going to help me find but some family history information. I think it's awful that people will put up bad reviews here with no explanation. These folks are volunteering their time to devote to the preservation of our history. If people think they are in need, it's probably because they could use donations (time and/or $) to help with their work, not criticism.
