Subway — Restaurant in Hardin

I'd like to give a shout-out to the young ladies who were working today around 3:30p.m. (I recall one was named Brook, and I apologize that I don't remember the other two gals' names.) My friend I were in town from Billings and stopped at Subway for a late lunch, and we were impressed by the superb customer service. The restaurant was clean, and all the employees were kind and above and beyond helpful, even letting my friend know she could buy a serving of roast beef to feed her dogs without having to purchase a whole extra sandwich. Our food came out exactly the way we wanted it, and I was also delighted that this location offers au jus, which I've not seen at the Billings stores. This Subway has moved! New location is 1 block to the northwest, behind the gas station, look for signs. 1426 N Crawford. The new location has more parking in front and back, more seating with spacious tall ceiling, and a drive thru!

Update 7/20 we now have both the drive-thru and the inside Lobby open for seating. Drive-Thru Hours are 6:45am-10pm, and Lobby hours are 10am-8pm.

Terrible subway restaurant! Went through drivethru and when I got my sandwich’s they completely messed up the sandwiches. Completely wrong toppings even though the touchscreen takes the order. Staff were quite rude and short as well, we saw one of the workers picking their nose before making the sandwiches. Store was extremely hard to find and would not recommend stopping even if you are starving. No manners, masks...
