UPDATE: Just finished the chicken gordita. I tried both green and red salsa. The red salsa tried to burn my lips off. Yesterday's order was wrong for Kidlets order but I think that's the only time they've completely fu** it up so not a dealbreaker. I will check my orders before leaving from now on. El Patrón Taco truck had fast and speedy service. Food was great and hot. Asada meat was flavored great. Corn tortillas were perfect. Limes were easy to get extra juice from. Beans were pretty good. Salsa was excellent they gave both a red and green. I could always have it a little bit more hot. But it seems everywhere people are liking salsas to be less and less spicy but it was still excellent. I can't wait to try more items from El Patrón Taco Truck. I did the 5 mini tacos for 10 bucks. I am soooooooo happy that this taco truck exists. They always satisfy my cravings 100%. My always go-to order is Al Pastor Corn Tacos with Cilantro and Onion. Some days the taco shells are okay but today was the best I’ve ever tried them, soft but a little crispy on the edges and still very freshly made! The pork (al pastor) is to die for every single time. It always makes me so happy! My mom had quesadillas and she loved them as well.
