I've eaten here many times and had my share of bad experiences, but today's visit is what made me feel the need to post a review. Look at the receipt. It doesn't add up right. After paying the bill at my table, I looked at the bill and noticed I was overcharged by $2.50 prior to taxes being added on. I brought this to the new owner's attention and she said its for the gravy I asked to have put on top of my American fries. #1-the waitress should have said there would be an extra charge and how much it would be so I could make an informed decision if I wanted to pay $2.50 for a little bit of gravy on my potatoes. #2-$2.50 for a bit of gravy? Their gravy isn't that great! #3-all charges should show on the bill so customers know what they're paying for. The owner didn't offer to make it right and refund me the $2.50 that I was unaware of being charged for and instead she just continued to argue with me. That's bad business. Also, I was seated at a dirty table that had sticky syrup all over it and had to be wiped and my friend ordered a pancake in substitution for potatoes, but wanted it to come out later so it would be hot when he was ready to eat it, which he's requested before and it wasn't a problem. The last two times, including today, they brought it out with his meal. The one waitress said, "well, they made it already" and the waitress we had today said, "I don't remember you saying that", but at the time of ordering, she acknowledged the request. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ My friend and I have been long time customers at this restaurant, but I'm now done going there.

Staff was very attentive and really nice. Food was really good for cost! I really enjoyed their hash stack. Very good with crispy hashbrowns.

I was a former regular. I order one of two things each time I visit, which ranges from $10-$13. My last bill was $27 and change. I called every single day since the day I came in and got that bill, only to be told the manager/owner wasn't in, and to call back later. 6 days after playing phone tag, I come in with a copy of my bank statement, showing the date the charge was made, and for how much.

The woman behind the counter (Jen) became very hostile, practically shouting "I don't have to put up with your attitude. Just leave" and walking off in a huff. All I did was bring up the fact that "I've been calling all week, only to be told that the manager isn't in, so here I am hoping to talk with someone to get this resolved." I did not curse, or raise my voice.

Do not go here unless you intend on paying with cash. do NOT use your debit or credit card. They wouldn't even offer me a simple apology at least, or a comped meal at best. Until now, I stopped by at least once a week.

Future tip: Don't have someone as rude as Jen in charge of customer service. One of the many other fine employees/waitresses would have done a much better job at handling what should have been a minor issue. A random McDonald's employee handles similar issues with more tact. Enjoy the extra $13 you managed to get from me for now. I'll simply call my financial institution and cancel the entire charge.

Update: My financial institution has reversed the charge. All is well that ends well, but my opinion hasn't changed. I will not...

If I could rate my experience here with ZERO stars I would! This order was a phone in - take out order. 3 of our 4 meals were either made incorrectly or missing items from the described menu online. We were also told the complimentary dessert was only for people who dined in.. Still wondering about that. When picking up our order we were asked if we would like to leave a tip. Feeling put on the spot we obliged. When I tried calling to see if we could retrieve the missing items I was put on "hold" (phone on counter) for 25 mins. In the duration of this 25 mins employee jovial conversations in abundance as well as patrons paying their checks were waited on. We even called on a different phone hoping to draw someone's attention to the fact the we were STILL on hold. Our attention-seeking calls were left unanswered as well. The manager never made it to the phone & the diner actually CLOSED for the night while still waiting. It is a wonder how this establishment stays in business as well as receive so many "good" reviews....
