Hardee’s — Restaurant in Harlem

I'm revisiting my review.

My son & daughter-in-law recently had their first baby and I have been picking up biscuits to make their mornings a little easier so they can sleep a little while longer

This Hardee's seems to be perfect for this occasion. My visits have exclusively breakfast time.

They like Chicken Biscuits. These are a big hit. They are made when I order, about 4 minutes, and it assures they are hot when they reach Martinez.

The morning clerk is amazing. She is exceptionally kind and makes the mornings easier.

Because the baby's sleep schedule is all over the place, bringing breakfast they enjoy this routine.

I haven't gone inside to eat. So the 'atmosphere' isn't interior but repartee via drive-thru.

Breakfast time is the right time here.

As I post this (4/2025), I typically pick up 4 chicken biscuits when I go thru. It is less than $20. Each are good sized, smell amazing, and are piping hot.

I would recommend this place, in the morning, but I would also expect they want to make things right by making it fresh and some items take longer than others to cook.

It makes me very happy that I feel good about changing my rating here- and that I am able to be so specific.

The staff are not friendly whatsoever and they have no care for the customers concerns. Food has always been given to us overcooked/burnt or not done enough to where we’re sick to our stomach. The service with the staff is very poor . I don’t like writing bad reviews but I’ve had it with this Hardee’s. We went through the drive through for some dinner and the woman at the window was very rude when handing the food shut the window and walked away. We spent right at $30-35, for me and my kids and husband. We only received 2 things of sauce also when we definitely had more than one meal while the food was also overcooked/burnt. Very clean restaurant. HORRIBLE and I do mean HORRIBLE customer service. The African American manager at this store has one of the nastiest attitudes I have encountered in a very long time. I simply requested my fries be hot when I came through the drive thru and I could hear her over the the employee taking my order, telling me to "shut up and pull around because the fries are always hot" I was so taken aback that I pulled around and went inside.
