I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece family meal, comes with 2 sides and 6 honey butter biscuits. So I asked if I could purchase frosting on the biscuits. The woman by the name of Sanjuana F, said I would have to purchase a separate order of biscuits that comes with frosting. I told her I didnât want to do that and asked if there was an up charge for frosting and she said no and also she couldnât just switch out the honey for frosting because â it would be like giving me free foodâ. So I said ok, but when she asked me to move my vehicle up to wait on my food. I told her no that I would wait right there. So when I got my food brought it home I realized that she didnât even put honey on my biscuits! They were dry! I immediately called but no answer. She was worried about giving me âfree foodâ . But then turned around and stole from me by not giving me what I paid for! I couldnât go back because it was 9:50pm and 10 pm is when they close, I wouldnât have made it in time. We ordered the 16 piece grande meal, 2 large mashed potatoes, large fries, 6 biscuits, XL fried okra and XL bombers. The total was $48.68. We got home and my family starting eating only to realize that they only put 8 pieces of chicken in our box. As soon as I realized, I called multiple times to no avail. When I drove back to the churchâs location to let them know what happened and even showed them the receipt, the cashier started relating words from some lady in the back and said I needed to bring the uneaten box back for âproofâ.    Read moreTerrible experience. Workers had a no care attitude and seemed like they did not want to be there. The cashier that I talked to(starts with an S) was very impersonal. Additionally, they didn't give me a receipt so I stayed in the drivethru for awhile. The lady came back eventually and didn't even say anything, she just opened the door and started at me condescendingly until I asked for the receipt, to which she didn't respond and closed the door and left me waiting for like 5 minutes, then told me the machine was down and if I really wanted it. At this point I was a little aggravated with her snobby attitude and I said yes.
