McDonald's — Restaurant in Harper Woods

This was an evening visit...it makes a difference.I should have pulled off when I saw 2 employees outside playfighting. Fries were cold and tasted like they dropped them twice in an effort to reheat them. I ordered extra cheese on 2 Big Macs...they charged $1.00 extra...put the sticker on the box YET NO EXTRA CHEESE. No sauce for the meal with McNuggets. The young ladies on the drive through windows were great. I saw many other employees up playing with and running around making a scene because the shake machine was making a screeching sound. Truly a hot mess! Not a way to run a business. I called the phone number on the receipt and website...no answer several times. I will not be returning. If I spend 29.86 on fast food it could and should be decent. Management: my order was placed 8:02p 01/06 it took us over 15 mins to be given orde...watch your cameras back for the spectacle. Ordering Online Is The Worst the last two times I ordered coffee wit 20 sugar n cream they sent it with no creamer or sugar but it’s on the receipt sending my money back in Uber Cash not helping like I’m supposed to put the order back in so they can mess it up again can your workers read do they understand common sense what sense does it make taking the time to order exactly what you want just for them to send you Watever they want I’m highly upset I wanna put a complaint in with the corporate office because how do your workers mess up my order every time y’all need to hire better people and take care of y’all customers pay them more or something maybe they will do they jobs better instead of taking it out on y’all customers I’ve been trying to call their store phone number n it’s been busy for a hour witch is unacceptable if I had a car I would go there and raise hell because I’m fed up to the point where I will never order online there again Neverrrrrrrrrrr I’m highly annoyed n frustrated n pissed...

Was handed 5 drinks with overflowing pop, i asked the girl to clean the tops so they wouldn’t spill on me when she handed them over and she was just flabbergasted. She did a small wipe with a napkin and said”you’re going to have to drink some”. Yeah, I’ll drink all 5 drinks before they spill🤦‍♂️

When the food was brought they had cheese on a sandwich that was requested without cheese. I went in to have them make a new one without cheese, and was told I needed a receipt!! I didn’t ask for extra food, just to have the food I ordered made correctly. After getting said receipt, she claims I ordered it wrong……. As if thats conclusive. Tell me, when ordering 2 #2’s without cheese and with cokes, how foes that get mixed up??

Not to mention the little red haired girl that laughed at me while waiting for them to remedy the problem.
